Hope Coffee is an excellent coffee shop. There is ample seating available for all kinds of study: couches, tables, leather chairs, standing tables. The coffee is excellent and very reasonably priced. I personally recommend bringing your own cup and getting a “refill” it is only a few bucks for excellent brewed coffee. The staff is very friendly. The one downside is there is not a lot of parking for anyone who is not a student at Dallas Theological Seminary. There is limited parking to the right of the Bailey student center if you are facing the building. However, if you can find your way into the building, there is excellent outside and inside seating. I highly recommend this place and have had always good interactions with the staff.

Great coffee, friendly people, and very spacious for studying or group meetings! Located inside Dallas Theological Seminary's student center.

Great little coffee shop if you are ever in the Dallas Seminary area. Serves coffee with a great purpose. Nice place to sit quietly and read too.

I did not like the taste of the coffee and the milk was not steamed right. Served in a paper cup. Space is cold and uninviting. Plenty of empty tables for reading but no vibe.

A very good local coffee shop that transcends the nearby Starbucks leaps and bounds. The staff is friendly, and Faith based, because it is at Dallas Theological Seminary. It's a bonus that they are right next door to the great Bookcenter. You can choose added flavors, and they can work with you for special requests. The draw back is the short hours. When we were there on a Friday, it closed at 5pm. It would be a great place to visit in the evening.

Great coffee, friendly baristas and excellent place to study with comfortable couches

Good coffee.. but lackluster environment. Service was very quiet and awkward. Non welcoming and not so friendly. Young kids working behind the counter didn't even acknowledge my presence. It seems very community based. So if you're visiting out of town.. as I am.. you might just feel a bit out of place. Might give it a try one more time when I visit Dallas in the near future. The surrounding area is nice and peaceful.

My first time here and we ordered corned beef has plate and sausage plate. We enjoyed our food. Serving amount is good and staff are nice. I just wish they have non dairy creamer available for lactose intolerant people.

Aside from the exceptional coffee, which is consistently excellent, and the staff, who are unfailingly friendly, the thing I love best about this shop is how good it is for studying/working. There's always just the right balance of background noise - loud enough to keep you company, but not so loud that you can't think.

Love their coffee! I get the Honeycomb latte as often as I can get away with it. Great service! Probably not a good thing that I live on campus and am able to simply walk over.
