Cafe ZunZun Coffee Roaster

I sit by a window and the sun hits my coffee in this abstract way. The cafe has houseplants and had this art gallery vibe. Tall ceilings and a smooth sound system give the finishing touches to this atmosphere.

The employees at the counter are tasting new coffee recipes talking about layering. They seem genuinely happy.

When you spend your hard earned money you want to know it's going somewhere important.I feel that here, these people know coffee... Have a passion for it. This is a local business to support.

Absolutely amazing experiences every time I go. The staff is super helpful with recommendations and they even started remembering my order because I was going so often. A really good atmosphere to get work done. Best coffee shop in Houston, no doubt about it!

I am from California and I have grown up loving coffee and coffee shops. I was looking for a good coffee shop in the area. I am glad we have a quality coffee shop in Cypress. The owner Joel is awesome, he has told me of other great places to check out in the Houston area. The guy knows his food.

Finally, Cypress has an upscale, dedicated coffee haus that rivals any place in town. Best Ive ever had. Give it a go and you will be delighted.

Finding a good specialty coffee shop outside the loop is hard. Finding a specialty coffee roaster is even harder. Finding both, well you can imagine.
Cafe Zun Zun is both and to have it close by is a delight.

Zun Zun is run by people who care about the craft of coffee brewing and roasting. Willing to share and educate on all things coffee.

Great staff, all the baristas and hospitable and talented. Nice clean atmosphere.

And is a small local business, so even if your not crazy about coffee "culture" stop in and have a cup, support local businesses.

Coffee/Tea date this morning at Cafe ZunZun. A V60 brewed Mexico Chiapas and a Oolong Vanilla Black Tea Latte.

I've been waiting for a place like this in Cypress! I love supporting small businesses but this cafe is something special. The mission is beyond coffee -- it's about community. The idea behind the name, ZunZun (which means hummingbird), is so thoughtful. They have wonderful events so I signed up for the newsletter. Also, dogs are allowed on the patio!! I'm definitely coming back to work on my writing.

Highly recommend taking the coffee brewing class. Great learning experience and you get to try a lot of great coffee. The class is taught by the owners and I really enjoyed talking with them and learning more about their story.

In town for a week house sitting and came across this quaint coffee shop to spend some time studying for my board exam. It's not often you find a local dine in coffee shop in the suburbs. Wifi, fair prices, eclectic decor and dishes, natural light from floor to ceiling windows, and large outdoor patio space. Staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. Clean space with lots of room. 10/10 would recommend their coffee + unique flavors! It competes with many local coffee shops in the downtown area.
