The Bloom Coffee Roasters-Copperas Cove

I enjoyed my boba, but had to deal with a crass employee with poor customer service skills. Also, being a small town I have spoken to other customers because I know a lot of people in town being a local and they’ve stated that some of the employees talk badly about the customers when they need to be focused on ameliorating their customer service skills, as well as, the managers because some of them are rude as well & it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth when you leave. I’m glad a select few of the staff are friendly and honestly they’re the ones holding it down. As far as the Boba is concerned my drink was delicious and they had milk substitutes for people that deal with lactose intolerance, but due to my past experiences I’m giving a blunt and honest review and hope to see improvements because this store does have potential.

I absolutely love The Bloom. But it must be something about Copperas Cove. This is not the first establishment that is just not up to par. Every other location is absolutely amazing. This place is not. Not friendly, not quick. Miss the small welcoming vibe from Killeen.

I love this coffee shop, their boba is the best, but I wish they would open earlier. I've wanted to stop by before work for coffee so many times and I couldn't because they open so late

This location for some reason always has disgusting drinks, as if they don’t try their hardest because I don’t tip. It feels personal almost how bad the drinks are sometimes. The location in Killeen in Stan Schleuter hasn’t given me any bad experiences so I will just go there for now on. Also the customer service is a thumbs down at the copperas cove location. feels judgemental.

The drinks are great, my only complaint is they played an entire CD from a group that isn't from the US, and none of the songs were in English. Just play some relaxing jazz or something that's more like a coffee house.

Very nice inside, very reasonably priced & lady working there was so sweet. First time there & i love it!
