Worst take out experience I've experienced in my 4 years in Copperas Cove. Manager refused to even attempt to rectify an issue with them not packaging an ordered item. Order was already 60 dollars, and they disrespected my wife when she asked for a partial refund. Worst customer service, ive experienced. PLEASE save your money and drive the extra minute to another restaurant.

The food was mediocre and overpriced. Who puts cut-up lunch meat in an Italian dish. Portions were small. The waiter was not very attentive. But I was there to celebrate my friend's birthday. You want great Italian food in Cove, go to Bella Sera. You'll be much more satisfied.

Great and very elegant! Great spot to celebrate a birthday or even a fantastic date night. Food was fantastic and the service was ok. Wish the waitress would have known her menu better. The restaurant was very gracious with my diet restrictions. I called ahead to make sure they could make my plate that evening. Thank you Giovanni's, we will be returning!

If you are looking for a fine dining-like restaurant in Fort Hood area, this is a great choice. It holds a great atmosphere and a romantic environment. There is a wide selection of plates from the main menu and the prices are affordable. Our choices were an "Insalata Primaverile", 8oz New York Steak (Bistecca Ai Ferri) , Tuscany Soup and a cold cut tray. Every dish we tried today were tasteful and well prepared. The restaurant also offers a couple of dinning rooms that you can reserve or rent for private events. We have been looking for a place like this during the last year and finally found it. We loved it, and must likely we will come back on a date night or any other special occasion. Very recommended.

Had the wings for appetizer .they arrived quick hot and good.tortellini soup was memorable .very good
.it was lunch had Philly cheese steak sandwich .i special modified it .our bartender made sure it was exactly what i wanted.back of house made it to order .ive eaten 100 of these all over the country .very good here .atmosphere is light and airy with a fountain center of dining .it was mid afternoon so we sat at the bar for conveience,I don't drink but I noticed the many draft beers,Michelin ultra, blue moon ,does equis ,etc and a wide variety of top shelf liquors ,as an ex mgr at a Trudys in Austin.i can't help but notice a properly equipped bar
.I frequent this restaurant as it is as good as it gets in copperas cove and 4 stars in Texas.

Nice place to eat. Great service was a little wait for food but the staff was great and were apologetic about it. And we're working very hard. Would recommend to anyone.

We used to dine at Giovanni's way back when they were in the Cove Terrace shopping center. Honestly, after they built the new place, their food quality went down. In the last year or two, they have come back with a vengeance and their food is quite good! They also have a variety of gluten-free options which is hard to find in Italian restaurants. Service is usually always quite good. The only thing I don't like is the acoustics in the main dining areas--wayyyyy too loud. Love their "Romeo and Juliet" seating area--so long as it is just 2-4 people, it is perfect as you can hear the person/people you are dining with.
The last time I was there though, I asked for my carrots that came with the meal to be al dente. The manager came out and didn't seem to understand what al dente means. I explained the every other time I had been there, I was able to get al dente carrots. He wanted to argue with me about it. I dismissed his ridiculous excuses and just ate around the incredibly mushy carrots.
