Friendly and considerate staff. Clean place. Decent prices. Not a wide selection of morning food to pair with my coffee But it’s not a deal breaker. Still a great place to visit and grab a good cup of coffee.

Move over Starbucks. First time coming here and I already found my drink. I'm a frap kind of girl so I went with the Java chip moon glacier. Yall it's so good. Smooth and flavorful, sweet but refreshing sweet not hurt your teeth sweet. Creamy. My husband had the cold brew and enjoyed it while we shared a warm cheese Danish. Tasted fresh have no idea if they make them or order them in but if they order them in that make them taste like they just made them. Comfy atmosphere nice chairs and super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

We used to love this place because of it's organic coffee and special attention to detail. The staff was a-ma-zing! The customer service was always on par with the drinks. In fact, we loved the entire vibe of the place with its décor and such. We have recommended this place to others and have purchased many gift cards for friends and family to try the place out.
However, this location seems to be on a decline. We've noticed a high turnover. The customer service along with the food handling and safety has become a concern. The manager that sits near the bathroom on computer NEVER greets or smiles to customers. Sadly, they have stopped the free veterans 12 oz. coffee. The pricing and quality of the drink has been inconsistent (on two occasions my wife received a winter moon with no sweetener and I had to remind them to make my drink in a container that did not have cow's milk). The muffins and such are primarily from a box store and the Kolaches don't taste fresh like they did when the café first started selling them. There have been clumps of people waiting for drinks for long periods of time and lots of complaints.between customers waiting. What's happening?
Please, my first paragraph is the reason we fell in love with your cafe. We miss that type of Summer Moon Experience.
We swore we would never go back to the other side after we found this place.
We truly hope management will take our review into consideration to regain our business. Respectfully.

We woke up super early this morning to be one of the first 50 people in the door! The coffee was amazing and everyone was super friendly! Will definitely stop going to Starbucks and start coming here. And our dog loved the banana they gave us!

I don't think they should expect a tip. That's unreasonable considering the price of the coffee. And they treat you differently too, if you don't tip. *Suddenly and abruptly not as "nice". I literally had such a nice person take my order then immediately after taking payment (without tip) it was like the Exorcist talking "Do you want a receipt?!" Hey here's an idea: pay your employees a little more you can take it out of your profits from overcharging on the coffee. And they also charge a "service fee" on mobile orders??? AND I have to get out of my car and walk inside to pick it up? Really, wow. You should make it a little easier on customers. Starbucks doesn't charge service fees or have that awkward pressure for tipping. Really, why should they expect a tip? I went out of my way to go here. I got out of my car and went inside. I waited in line. They took my order, took my payment, then took their time making my drink while I waited. And waited. They didn't bring it to my table. And so why should there even be an option to tip?

I sat in line for alomst 10 minutes, while the whole staff visited with the car in front of me. The worst part was every single one of them pet her dog and let the dog lick their hands!! GROSS! I love their coffee, but this just disgusted me. Not only was it nasty, they completly disregarded our time. Maybe next time have your friends and dog go inside to socialize?!

Bad attitude! Wow- first they way overcharge for their coffee then they expect a tip? And if you don't tip them (because let's be real here I'm not going to tip when you're charging THAT MUCH for a coffee) then they get attitude! And make you wait while they take their sweet time making your drink. Wow. Oh and if you order ahead on the app- they charge you a service fee! Forget this place. Starbucks doesn't charge extra for basic services. Neither should this place. I mean come on. They're going up against Starbucks. Give people incentive to want to try your coffee and make them want to come back. Don't overcharge and pressure people for extra and give bad customer service.

PRETENSIOUS, EXPENSIVE BUT DELICIOUS! Their coffee is so much better than Starbucks- it doesn't taste burnt. More expensive than Starbucks but worth it for the taste alone. My problem with them is how pretensious they are! The nerve to be asking for a tip- ON TOP OF THE PRICE OF A COFFEE? And if you don't tip they then treat you like a piece of dirt, after they were previously SO nice while taking your order! But then as soon as you tap the "no tip" the attitude changes! Beware the mobile app- THEY CHARGE YOU A SERVICE FEE and on top of the fee you have to get out of your car and walk inside to get it! Totally unreasonable. But excellent coffee. I'm sorry but I refuse to tip on top of already high prices with the pretensious attitude.

I went out of my way to find a place that is not Starbucks, but was unable to actually have my coffee, as cash is not accepted here. I understand that any business has the right to refuse service, but most post something to the effect of what those terms are on the door. This is Texas, not China & cash is still legal.

I love the coffee and the options they have so you're getting what you want with great flavor. However, customer service is a key factor and the few times I've gone, particular in drive thru, the workers are condescending and passive. Not something I look for when I want a pleasant coffee getting experience.
