Blended Bistro & Coffee Bar

A nice spot to just relax and have a quick lunch or breakfast that are all made fresh. Some of the food and drinks has a Venezuelan twist to it, which tasted great. This Bristo is located right off one of the main roads, so you can't really miss it. The seating arrangement is good enough for maybe about 20 people to be inside comfortably. The staff is great as well as the owner. Will definitely come back. They also have military discounts on food, drinks, and clothing items.

This cute coffee shop is so good! The owner and her staff are so friendly. Such a hidden gem. Must try! Will definitely be coming back for some empanadas.

This place is super convenient and the owner is so polite and genuinely nice. The oat milk cappuccino was amazing (beats Starbucks anyway) and their Avotoast breakfast was fresh and healthy and very good. Parking is very convenient! 5 stars!!!

First time at this coffee shop. Coffee was really delicious but a little expensive for my taste. $7.50 for a small Latte. Food truck had an event and was missing in action so I didn’t get to try it

We had lavender latte and beef and chicken empanadas. Both were delicious! Empanadas were friend but very light and flavorful. Suggestion- maybe a couple of tables behind the truck for people to sit a min and eat would bring in more customers. Also I would love to have some breakfast themes empanadas! We will be back!

This food truck on S. Frazier in Conroe has the best coffee I’ve ever had. It was Venezuela coffee. Plus the empanada I had, was the best I’ve ever eaten. The chef at this food truck is from Venezuela and she is gonna have her own brick and mortar restaurant someday soon. Be sure to stop by and say hi to Aida. I can’t wait to go back to try more of her tasty Venezuelan inspired dishes.

My wife and I loved the empanadas. The Custer service was exceptional as well. Everyone is very kind. We highly recommend Blended Bistro & Coffee Bar! We will be coming back.

Empanadas may be my new favorite food! I tried chicken and beef, both were delicious and the meat is very well seasoned and juicy. The chicken was my favorite. Edit: My husband got the burger and loved it! He said it was one of the best burgers he's ever had. I got a tres leches iced latte as well and the coffee was also very good, strong flavor yet not bitter at all. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful.

Feedback: The hours of operation clash with my work hours so I wouldnt be able to go during a normal work week. I'd like to see some weekend hours, like 9-11 or 9-12. The parking situation was a little tricky but that's dependant on the food truck location as it may vary.

Best place ive been to in YEARS! Highly recommend the Cuban (it's dangerously good!).. No really, the large is 6 shots of espresso and drinks as easy as a dream!
