Blue Baker

Wonderful food and always treated well by the staff even when I make my order complicated. However, I did find a hair in my pizza at the Dominik location. When I notified the staff they gave me a new pizza and a free dessert!

My husband and I used to eat here all the time while going to A&M. We decided to stop by while passing through on our road trip. It was pretty cool being able to bring our son. The food is as amazing as we remembered it.

I have been a customer of Blue Baker since it first opened over 20 years ago. I love the food, the service and the atmosphere. I give Blue Baker my highest and strongest recommendation. 👍

The nutrition info on the website does not work. The little green apple only displays nutrition info for bakery items like cupcakes or breads. I cannot see any nutrition info for anything else. The directions say to "customize" the order to be able to see the total nutrition info at the bottom once you customized but the feature does not work. Also, multiple times I have ordered the breakfast bowl to go from different locations in College Station and tried to order extra bacon or extra eggs or a different kind of bread than the default and my order has been wrong. I also ordered some groceries from here once and the fruit in my order was of terrible quality. I still like blue baker and their cinnamon sweetbread and indigo are delicious but there is some need for improvement.

Have ordered from Blue Baker a few times there food is excellent and when they started doing some groceries I was able to pick up some baking needs with no issues. They are always prompt and have the correct order. Will continue doing business with them.

I always enjoy blue Baker. Today I had a pesto chicken sandwich and it was divine. Almost like a pizza in a sandwich. I will definitely try that again.the chocolate chip cookie wasn't nearly as good as they used to be. Either the recipe was slightly off this batch or they changed it. But I certainly hope they didn't change it for good.

Blue Baker has been my go-to for Sunday lunch, dinners turned study sessions, and mid-week takeout for my last 4 years at A&M. Bread bowls and soups are far better than Panera, the Neapolitan pizza rocks, and the oatmeal raisin cookies are to die for. I have loved getting to support a local business that serves up some of the best comfort food in BCS. Going to miss BB after graduation!!

Great place for a quick bite. A little pricey but a really good atmosphere and the food is excellent! There are a few different locations of Blue Baker and this one is my favorite. Less crowds and a more comfortable feel to it. I think this was the original location?

One of my favorite sandwich places in town. You can build your own sandwich. Variety of options to pick from. They have fresh baked bread and cakes for sale as well. Their tomato basil soup with cheese and pepper is a must try. Coffee is decent.

Blue Baker is a standard for our family. The pizzas, sandwiches, soups and salads are all excellent. Of course, the bakery items are fantastic and the free sample go QUICKLY! Their staff are always very friendly and helpful.
