Great coffee, cute atmosphere and friendly service! I love that they have a little spot to shop while you wait. I will definitely return to enjoy this little hidden gem in Downtown Cleveland!

I hate to give 3 stars because I really wanted to like this place. I've tried it twice now. Each time the beans taste burnt. I like dark coffee, but there is a difference between burnt and dark. Now the people are great! The atmosphere is cozy and modern. I could see myself studying there. I just wish the coffee tasted better.

Love this little coffee shop in our town.

Easy street floral has been my go to flower shop forever but now they have moved and added Crossroads coffee to the store. Wow I had a chicken salad sandwich and a slice of coconut cream pie. BEST I ever had. The latte better than the major national chain. I really hope the citizens of Liberty county will come here....it is juat reall classy

Super cute place and staff. Such a lovely experience. More than a coffee shop. The food, the attention, everything is above and beyond.

Not really sure what this place is, other than expensive. $5.25 for a 16oz iced coffee, which, for that price, I thought would come with a "favor" of some kind, as the cliché goes because...it's. Just. Iced. Coffee, and it was no better one you'd get anywhere else for half that amount.
So there's price-gouging (what would YOU call it?), then the lack of plugs, indicating that it's not meant to be a hangout where you can open your laptop and work for a few hours, to the un-bussed tables that the staff didn't seem to think was their responsibility (seriously, it's been 20 minutes and 3 dirty tables haven't been cleared, so I sat where on 1 of the 2 clean tables available) to the awkward set-up...anyway...
I try to avoid Starbucks because I'd rather support a local joint, and the nearest one is 20 miles anyway. But this is why chains are successful, as one knows what one is getting before you walk in...look, the girls inside seem nice, so I feel a bit bad posting this, but...

The people are so friendly and go the extra mile to make your visit a pleasant experience. The drinks are delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I fully intend to become a regular here

Love the atmosphere. But I think I like my drinks a little sweeter. Feeling bad I have to add sweetener. But I really love this place. It's awesome.

The staff is always friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, Sharla and Tommy have invested a lot of love, time, and money into making it a great venue to visit with friends and occasionally hear local talent.

Stopped by the crossing for the first time. Brandy, Nicole & Tbo were amazing! Friendly, welcoming and patient. I had a delicious frape & teacakes. Thanks Kari (Edward Jones) for introducing me to this place.
