We've been quite a few times since this location opened. We've been okay with the long lines as they go fairly quickly and they are obviously trying hard. After today's experience though, I probably won't be back.
We went around 4 pm on a Saturday. The line was quite long and took about 20 minutes to get through. They only had one person taking orders for most of that time. We ordered two drinks then were already driving away when I took a sip and realized they gave me the wrong drink. I ordered coffee and it was a chai. It was also super sweet, not at all to my liking. I tried to call as I didn't want to have to go through that line again. The number is routed to customer service off-site. I said I was heading back, since I realized that I wasn't getting the store, to get the drink redone and she just said something like, "okay then". There was no apology or giving me a credit for the drink since I had to go back, get my small child out of the car and walk up to get the drink taken care of.
At the window, the girl was like, yes, we realized we gave you the wrong drink and were hoping you'd come back...and she gave me the drink that was made 5+ minutes before, melted whipped cream and all....sigh.
Also, the sweetening is very inconsistent. Long story short, I haven't really enjoyed a single drink out of maybe 7 or 8. I've ordered the same drink several times to get the sugar level right, it wasn't very sweet at less than almost 100%. Today I tried a new drink at 50% and it was way too sweet.

I love trying to go in line like a normal person only for someone to try and cut me off. Y'all should put the chains around the entrance of the drive thru too so nobody can cut each other off. Not only that but to prevent the clutter of traffic, people are trying to leave to squeeze by and they can't because of people desperately trying to make their own double line drive thru. Love the drinks, the traffic is the only complaint. It's like another Chick-fil-A line.

I drive like half an hour across town to go here sometimes...usually the line is really long so you have to enter a certain way...the line wasn't quite as long when I arrived so 2 cars were able to get in front of me at the last minute...then after I ordered and paid, the guy in front of me had a payment issue with his gift card and I'm stuck behind him while 2-3 cars are able to order and pay in the other line..I have worked at many coffee drive thrus so thinking that I'm being helpful since I know the general idea of how they operate, I decided to pull around the car with the payment issue because most places don't start making the drinks until payment is received...and I thought it would help the general flow but instead I was ostracized for pulling around him and the lady made it a point to make me feel bad...instead of considering that I was trying to be helpful. I was speechless. I didn't know what to say...I felt it could have been approached better. Also pretty sure he got his drink for free which is awesome for him...but why did I get made out to be a bad guy?
Coffee is delicious. Try it if you haven't.

Went to the drive thru. You order with the person standing outside. They have two lines with menus but you don't order there. I got a chai latte, picture perfect, and 911. All were so good and smooth. Line was pretty quick too. They were friendly.

Really disappointing because I want to like this place really bad . I am a coffee fanatic!! If I like your coffee I will be a regular . Seriously this is the second time here . First time the coffee I got approached with no menu so I just picked what we I saw advertised online looked good . It was horrible undrinkable had to dump it . Second time I came and I did research before hand and picked a coffee I knew I would like . I get it handed to be seriously ITS WHITE . Straight milk with a little hint of a syrup flavor . Cannot taste any coffee or any flavor just half and half and ice , sorry won’t be back and this is very disappointing

Very busy location so plan accordingly. 2 drive up lanes as well as walk up. Staff is very friendly! I had the hot sugar free oat milk double trouble. It was very hot so I had to let it sit for a bit. It was delicious! Will be back.

This coffee shop does not care about the neighbors it shares a parking lot with. It allows their patrons to completely monopolize the entire parking lot of the 7-Eleven in which blocks the car is getting gas or needing to go inside from parking. I have tried to call numerous times and can never get someone on the phone you would think that with them being so popular they would be able to afford someone to maybe direct traffic or at least a sign telling their patrons to go around. I just witnessed someone walk into the gas station who is handicapped but unable to park in the handicapped do to all the parking spaces being blocked off by the drive-through traffic.
