Greek salad was so good! Plus comes with a side of fruit! The chicken, feta and olives are memorable, as is the ART in the walls! Must visit when in Downtown Bryan, Texas!

Great, cozy atmosphere. During my visit I found many people hanging out, studying, working with classmates, or just enjoying a cozy coffee.

Not many places downtown were open on a Sunday evening. We were glad Village was... nice atmosphere and great food.

Always an excellent spot for a casual breakfast, lunch and/or dinner. It’s a fast casual restaurant that has a fun ambiance and the restaurant sources a lot of their food stuffs from locally owned suppliers!
It’s a neat spot!
The picture, included with this review, is a picture of their TBA (turkey, bacon, avocado) sandwich.

This place is great if you like bland food, I guess. The portions are way too small to be $10-15 per person. My partner ordered the steak chimichurri bowl, and while the chimichurri was good, it was otherwise totally bland and missing the main ingredients. I got the Rex breakfast with fruit. The fruit was good, but my over medium eggs were undercooked to the point of just being slimy. The bread was stale, and the sausage was dry and just plain gross. He also got the berry-hibiscus tea, which tasted like water, the same thing with my filthy chai. It was like drinking water with a bottle of cinnamon thrown in. It was so busy and understaffed that it made the service poor and just contributed to a stressful environment. I'm probably never going to come back.

Had the Spiked Horchata Coffee drink and TBA Sandwich with Greek Side Salad. Both were filling and tasted great. Nice place to swing by for a relaxing bite and see some art work. Glad I finally got to check this place out.

Very serviceable food and a lively crowd make this a nice stop when visiting downtown Bryan. Service is efficient and attentive and the vibe friendly. Espresso and coffees were disappointing in their lack of depth and strength, but I could easily see the espresso working well for flavored lattes and such. Went for coffee but stayed for the vibe.

I wished I would have known about the tomato soup sooner- it’s the best I think I’ve ever had. Amazing job!!!

I went to this cafe recently and when I checked on my account if the payment was done, I realized they took more money than what I gave to them. The total amount I paid was $19.74 (with a tip greater than 20%) and they took $21.24 on my account. I put a picture of my ticket and a screenshot of my bank account to prove it. What they did is unacceptable! You can say: "OK it's only $1.5", but that's not the problem. If I pay $19.74, they have to remove $19.74 from my account, nothing more. I live in US for 5 years, and it's the first time I have this problem.
Otherwise, the food and the wine were good but a little expensive. The furniture and the decoration are nice too, but I will never go back to this place, because I cannot trust them.
Edit: thank you for your quick answer, I also tend to think the mistake was unintentional. I don't know if I will be able to come back soon (maybe in november). If so, I will be ok to adjust my comment again (possibly by suppressing the mistake about the paiement).
