Atmosphere: Only reason why it gets 4 stars and not 5. I get it, it's a hipster joint, but the furniture looks like stuff they picked up from the side of the road where someone was throwing it out. There's buckets of construction materials next to a table which is next to the bathroom. I like the other aspects though: bar to look out the window and people watch (need more stools for this), cool lighting, great display of their cold-brew system and a piano counter thing (?) that's neat. Just needs a bit of finishing up I think.
Service: Always wonderful. They're helpful and kind and accommodating. Knowledgeable. Saw a guy drop half his sandwich on accident and the barista person replaced the entire thing with a smile.
Food/Drinks: I keep trying a different beverage every time I go and have yet to be disappointed. Their coffee is the best flavor I've had and their chai latte is amazing on a rainy day. Cannot go wrong with any beverages there. Food is really unique and delicious. Almost tried every sandwich there and so far my favorite is the chicken pesto one.
Keep coming back to this place and liking it more and more!

A quaint little coffee shop in downtown Bryan. The inside has exposed brick and wires. It’s darker than most coffee shops, but it gives it a homey vibe. A wide variety of coffees - but no caramel syrup. They have an interesting coffee brewer that is brewed for 24 hours I think. They serve it in a smaller cup since it’s so caffeinated.

Great location in Downtown Bryan. Loved the coffee. Interested in coming back for more of the pastries

Reusable cups not welcome.
I have my own tumbler and they won't fill it due to "unsanitary" concerns. But if you drink coffee there with a ceramic cup belonging to the housr you can refill it. These folks are idiots.
Needing coffee, I purchased coffee in a disposable 12oz cup, they tried to pour the coffee into my tumbler and spilled a bunch and wouldn't top it off.
Never going back here again even though the coffee tastes good.

Harvest coffe bar was a great small town rustic coffee bar. Pastries were great and coffee good. There were a lot of college students studying, solo, and taking up 4 top tables. They should incorporate a large group study table and leave the 4 tops to groups.

Great service, neat atmosphere, I had the honey bee half sweet iced and it was amazing.

Visited this popular spot in Bryan on their first Friday event. Obviously, it was super crowded and still had a very welcoming, warm feel to it. The walls have a run-down look but it gives them a character I think.
I tried their hot chocolate (yum!) and their blue crane tea which could have used a bit more honey (but it might just be be me). Looks like a promising place to grab a cup of coffee and get cranking on all that procrastinated writing work.

Great Atmosphere, superb coffee, I love the interior design of the building. 10/10

Always a great place to get coffee and a sandwich. The chicken pesto sandwich is a must have. And they only have a few coffee choices as everything is fresh and not prebottled. A top choice for Downtown Bryan!

I don't think I've ever had a bad experience at Harvest. The people are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the coffee is good :) I was a little annoyed when they started requiring codes for their WiFi, but honestly, it probably makes it a lot faster since all of downtown Bryan isn't using it haha Sometimes their iced drinks end up with sugar at the bottom, but that's just the struggle of getting an iced drink with sugar...it's hard to make it dissolve!
