I'll keep it short and simple.

The food is amazing. I've eaten many of their dishes. Pasta Parmesan (One of my favorites), Ribs, Steak, Chicken fried Chicken, Triple decker, Their fish. It's a lot, I've had a lot. Everytime I go, the food never misses.

The staff can be hit or miss, but that's rarely the situation. Most of them are very kind and watchful on their tables.

Atmosphere is intimate-cozy.

Walked in with my small group of five and was told that it would be “five or ten minutes;” we said fine and waited. THREE groups of similar size were seated while we waited. My son finally asked when we might get a table and was told “we’re cleaning it off now.” Twenty-five more minutes go by and another group was immediately seated. We just left. They obviously didn’t want us there :(

Trusted them to host my birthday party for 16 people. It was the absolute worst food experience of my life. They ruined my dinner for family and friends. Two hours to get cold soggy food. No drink refills. No explanation or apologies. I had people walk out of dinner party because of very poor service and even more poor quality of food. Don't waste your money on this place.

This is the BEST country fried chicken in all of Texas! Attentive, prompt service, welcomed when we came in and thanked and have a nice day when we left.

The food was excellent, definitely didn't leave the eastablishment hungry, and the service was wonderful. Great home cooking for any craving. The atmosphere was awesome as well. Just right for a modern day diner. We will be back again. 💖💖💖💖

Had a good meal from a large menu. Everyone liked their meals. 5 of us. Our server was great kept the drink glasses full and check on us several times through out our meal. If in the area stop

Food was decent. Good portion sizes. Rolls were hard and burnt for a 5:30pm service. Table was dirty and crumbs tumbled out of my menu when I opened it. My daughter got locked in the bathroom stall due to a broken latch and served water in a glass with a crack that went all the way around the glass. Second visit to this restaurant and still very unimpressed.

A favorite place. Absolutely best steaks..Their soups are delicious and home made. Service is always great. Very clean bathrooms.
Avoid the rush hour on Sundays between 12 and 2 pm.
Only drawback is the sometimes too loud music.

Stopped by while visiting family. Everything was homemade and delicious! Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely worth the drive.
