Great perfect and delicious! , My King Cake was awesome in every way. It was a real treat to have one delivered to my home over night.

My favorite coffee shop. Oh how I wish this location was open on weekends. The other location offers the same coffee but greatly lacks the friendliness and kindness of these amazing Calder Rao’s employees. Their authentic care for the customers makes me want to visit just to have my day brightened by their hospitality! Big shoutout to Jett who always wears a smile and offers a compliment!

this is a cute, local bakery with AMAZING desserts, especially their pies and cheesecakes. and i’m speaking unbiasedly as a former employee (wouldn’t recommend working here at all) cause i still always visit when i’m back in the area for something sweet. would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for an aesthetically pleasing and lovely dessert. try the gelato too, you won’t regret it, especially in this heat.

I’m agreeing with the person that left a review about H‑E‑B having better desserts. Every year for Mother’s Day my husband gets me a Strawberry Shortcake ( my fave ).. the past 2 years he purchased from Rao’s and I really didn’t like them at all, to be completely honest, they were the worst I have ever had. Didn’t want to hurt my husbands feelings on the first one so I pretended to enjoy it and carried on, then, after receiving it for the second time I had to speak up. Desserts usually don’t last very long in my house ( kids and grandkids coming in and out) but that cake sat in the fridge for over week, nobody wanted 2nds . Don’t get me wrong, the presentation was amazing , truly beautiful to look at, just doesn’t deliver on taste

I had to give it one star , so I could write a review. It should be no stars. Always see the sign on the interstate and decided to stop. I read they are known for cream puffs. The employee said cream horns were the same . One cream horn about the size of a my pinky cost $3.85. I purchased one and took a bite. It was hard. All the employee said was we made them this morning. I could have broke a tooth on that cream horn. Do not waste your time or money.

My daughter got this cake yesterday for my birthday. Best strawberry cake I have ever had. And it was Beautiful. Thank you.

Incredible selection of great food!

Very friendly with great service! The only downside to this location (Calder) is that they don't make their food to order. It's all premade, so once they run out, that's it. They can warm it for you, though; and even then it tastes great!

About a half mile off of I-10 but well worth the detour. A little bit of bakery heaven in southeast Texas. The coffee is delicious, the sandwiches, soups and pastries are as well. And the cupcakes are divine. If your hungry and your sweet tooth is active, definitely worth the stop. Bon Appetit & Enjoy! 😋😋😋
