Everything there is SO YUMMY and the staff is super friendly. They have wonderful owners as well!!

Drinks are okay, but have been made wrong 80% of the time. Food is never good in my opinion. It also always takes 30+ minutes, whether you order ahead or not. I've been here multiple times, it's a cute place and the staff are very friendly, but I'm tired of giving it chances at this point.

One of the best grilled cheeses I have ever eaten. Great and friendly staff with a nice and clean lounge. Coffee is on the sweeter side but still tasty. Great boba as well. Will come again.

Great vibes and the best coffee I've had since moving from Denver. Best prices hands down. My wife and I get our coffee here daily and has never been dissapointed with whatever we get, from lattes, iced coffees, cold Brew, and straight up espresso, everything is always on point including their sandwiches!!. Service is top notch and very friendly. Thanks Kate's!!

I've been to Kate's a handful of times and the coffee is amazing! Their Perfect Iced Coffee is bomb! I've only tried their muffins as far as food goes, but I'm really wanting to try more of what they have. Everything they post on facebook looks so so good!

My only thing is the wait time has usually been on the longer side in my experience and service has not usually been too friendly for me for some reason.🤷‍♀️ Next time I will probably order online ahead of time to hopefully remedy the wait time. Not ready to give up on Kate's just yet because it does seem to be a real gem in Bay City!

I heard on and off about this place, so I finally decided to give them a try. I wish I had tried them sooner. The service is outstanding, super friendly staff and the food is delicious! I had a soup called keto chicken cheddar and it was the best soup I had ever had! Sandwich was on point too. Definitely can not wait to try the rest of their menu.

First time there, food was good. I had a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast bowl, wanted spinach and they were out. Ordered a strawberry smoothie with protein. Protein was almost forgotten. While there a lady who had been there before me was waiting for her chicken salad. Ended up asking for a refund as she didn't want to wait any more than the 30 mins I had been there. I heard so much hype about this place. Was a little disappointing. Staff were friendly.

The food here is nothing more than "okay", I wish that they would take give the same care to their food as they do to their drinks. The customer service though is the real downfall; multiple times upon coming here I have been either ignored or treated poorly by employees. These two factors have turned me off to Kate's Coffee.

What a lovely coffee shop! Today was my first visit as we ventured out to get a treat for Veteran's Day! The staff are so very friendly and helpful. I'm not a tea/coffee or boba connoseur, but they helped me pick a delicious boba tea that I absolutely enjoyed. My husband had a chai latte that was also very good! I highly recommend this wonderful local treasure.
