Great pizza, great wings, great drinks, great service, great happy hour too! The pizza pictures is the buffalo chicken with cauliflower crust. Delicious. Extra spicy wings were really good too. Not very spicy, but very delicious

My family was in town to visit my Mom and we stopped here for dinner. The pizza is definitely some of the best pizza I've had. I love a thinner crispy crust and this one was perfect. I got the build your own option, husband has the buffalo chicken and the kids shared a cheese pizza. We all loved our food. Our server was so friendly and was cracking jokes the whole time while busting her butt. We'll definitely stop in again whenever we're in town!

Caren was our server, and she was excellent. The pizza was awesome, we had two 10" and the crust was thin and tasty, I had the supreme it was loaded and super tasty

Stopped by unexpectedly after the catchy name caught my attention. I was also interested as they advertised both pizza and coffee which is a different combination. Walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. The menu was straight-forward with a nice variety of pizzas, some salads, wings, and drinks.
I ordered a few pizzas from the pepperoni, supreme, and the cowboy. I also ordered the blackened salmon & spinach salad and the house salad. While waiting for my pizza, I walked to the little sitting area where the coffee and teas are made. I'm not a coffee drinker, so ordered the iced matcha latte which was very good. Even though not a coffee drinker, I noticed they press all the coffee beans as the order is made, so can't get any fresher than that.
As far as the pizza, it was a nice thinner and crispy crust. I wouldn't call it a thin crust, but definitely much thinner than the larger franchise places that have thick doughy crusts. The pizzas were also made to order, the ingredients were very fresh, and generous with the toppings. The biggest surprise for me was the blackened salmon & spinach salad. I was hesitant to order salmon from a pizza place, but if they can pull off coffee and pizza, why not salmon. I'm glad I did was the salmon was a nice thick slice and very flavorful. It went well with the spinach and the vinaigrette dressing.
I will definitely stop by the next time I'm in Bandera to try some of the other menu items.

Our family of 6 ate here and the pizza was delicious. The service was phenomenal and they've got cute shirts for sale. Our server asked if we wanted silverware and we declined. The pizza was greasy (but GOOD), so I wished I'd said yes to the silverware, but it was all-around a great experience.

I have to give credit for not only the food, but the service. From what I have witnessed this place appears to be ran entirely by high schoolers or young adults. This is not the place to come if you expect Michelin level service, but the staff are very respectful, and quick to greet you, and very eager to get your order. The other reason that keeps me coming and dining here almost weekly is the wonderful selection of quality food and drinks. I have ordered many different things from pizza to coffee to even they're waffle pops, and I have yet to find a item I am dissatisfied with.

Stopped in at The Dough Joe for a quick lunch. That was a great decision as the service and food was great! Thanks Jada! Your smile, service and kindness was awesome. And now about the food. We had the Greek pizza and added chicken. We also had the queso and chips. Both of these were very good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Our server, Caren, was fantastic and friendly! The cauliflower crust was delicious and crispy. My group loved the regular crust. The toppings were fresh and plentiful... no skimpy pizza here! The gator bites were hot and crispy with a cajun dipping sauce... yum! We will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

We have been here before and have had pretty good service, today we ordered the “Gluten Free” cheesy bread because someone in our party has a food allergy, when it came out, it was with a regular crust. There was no apology, after about 10 minutes of people running back and forth seemingly not knowing what to, our server came and said they were remaking it. There was still no apology or offering of what went wrong. We ate our entire meal by the time the remade cheesy bread had come out, not once did our server come by our table to see if we needed any refills or if our food was to our satisfaction.

Absolutely love Joe Dough’s, Ms. Karen is amazing and so kind! I will drive from SA to go get pizza from here and have several times. The Greek is our favorite, highly recommend, the feta on top makes is sooooo gooooood! The Margarita pizza is good too, that’s my husbands favorite! My kids of course eat the pepperoni and cheese also super yummy! If you have the time take the drive it’s 100 worth it!
