Thunderbird Coffee

This is my favorite coffee shop in Austin. Staff are firendly and get to know the regulars. Simple but dleicious breakfast and lunch options and a nice area to sit outside (dog-friendly). Can't recommend this place enough

I had a great experience at this local coffee shop Thunderbird Coffee ☕️ . My chai latte was perfect! They even serve beer 🍺. Staff are friendly. Very popular spot frequented by locals.

Excellent coffee shop. They recently began roasting their own coffee. Their cold brew is actually batched flash brewed coffee, I was told. It’s very good. They also just expanded their PARKING LOT at the back of the shop. So all previous reviews mentioning parking are a little outdated now. Sandwiches and paninis are great- I’m a little obsessed with the Chipotle Chicken panini. Atmosphere matches the area that it is in (hip but comfortable). Patio is nice. Music is perfect.

Pretty disappointed in our last visit. Their "cold brew" is just an iced americano even though it states cold brew on the menu. Also, we ordered a drink with milk modifiers and extra shots of espresso (and paid extra for them) and didn't receive them.

5/5. Quick service and great coffee. We had tacos too and they were good - nothing too special but falvorful. Coffee was great. Had the cold brew and the yuzu basil latte (spring special). If you are looking for a local spot and not the commercialized Starbucks types then check this out. They have a great outdoor patio as well.

The coffee and grilled cheese are great, the matcha is very weak and tasted like just milk. Would continue coming here since we live in the neighborhood, but every time we do the baristas have absolutely no greeting and will just stare at you at the register until you say something. The vibe is just very... awkward and makes you feel like you're an annoyance.

Food was fair, coffee was delicious. Atmosphere was okay. Staff was really rude. There are just too many coffee shops to put up with the staff attitude at this one.

Super cool coffee shop with great desserts. Must try the lemon bars. Warm friendly staff. My hubby loved the coffee.
