I came to order a Frappe like I do everyday and the clerk took the $20 BEFORE I gave her the change (total was $8.44). Long story short once I gave her the 44 cents she didn’t know the math to provide the correct change. The “manager” VERY RUDE Lila insisted that I take the change back and just get the change the lady was giving to me. I told her NO I did not want the loose change to just give me the whole dollars. She became confrontational and wanted to argue because I didn’t want the loose coins. Once I told her that I would report her, the response was very nonchalant so I assume she might be one of the owners. I WILL NEVER GO BACK and I go here daily. Customer Service is everything and as a business owner myself TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT TO BE TREATED. You can’t expect to be rude and get nice conversation back.

Great cafe with great coffee and vibes! They have tasty treats and opening seating. Highly recommend!

Specialty drinks here are better than their regular coffee. I can typically have espresso without adding anything to it, but I’m not a fan of it here. Mint julep was pretty good, but I wish there was a smaller size. This is too much product. Price point is high as well.

Large selection of coffees, iced coffees, and teas. Also, other drinks and a lot of bagels, croissants, and other sweets available. Reasonable prices. Friendly, helpful staff. Outdoor, shaded area courtyard through backside of business. Dog friendly. Funky vibe. Lots of lawyers, professionals, and young locals. Lost a star because the menu was hard to read. With so many selections, the lettering was too small and overall busy.

The strawberry lemon freeze was a delicious treat to enjoy after wandering around Austin on a hot afternoon, and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t normally enjoy sweets. The shop is adorable, clean, and has great ambiance. The employees are very kind, and it seems like the place has a very positive energy to it. I will most definitely be returning next time I’m in Austin.

I was disappointed by the poor service and high prices at this establishment. The drinks were not of good quality and were overpriced, which left me feeling dissatisfied. Overall, my experience at this location was negative due to the combination of poor service and subpar products.

This place is amazing! Come in once and the Owner, Lila, will never forget your name! She's amazing and will make you feel like Sweetwaters is your home away from home.
On top of that the drinks are great. I recommend their cold brews, I always get the Dirty (Cold Brew + Espresso + Chocolate + Cream).

The breakfast bagel sandwiches were tasty. The bagels were fresh and the eggs were fluffy. A great place for a quick tea or coffee before you start your day.

The monster matcha and the bacon egg cheese biscuit was delicious!
