Mozart's Coffee Roasters

Mozart’s Coffee Roasters is an iconic must visit spot in Austin along with Hula Hut, on Lake Austin. Haven’t been here at Christmas time but it is quite the extravaganza. Great pastries and beverages. Love their vanilla chia.

Nice place. Clean and well maintained. Friendly and professional staff. Good selection of pastries to choose from. Parking can be a bit difficult. Lots of people there. The live music is a good entertainment.

This was our first stop in Austin after a 3 hour car ride and we loved it. So much seating even though it was packed and the live music was so great for that morning. The iced matcha needed to be sweeter, but batistas had no issue adding sweetener to it (personal preference). Overall, can't wait to go again!

1st time customers. The place is a great. Amazing water view from the deck, indulgent treats, tasty drinks, and fun people. But the real gold star goes to Melissa, with some help from Diego. My son called to ask about assistance in proposing to his girlfriend. It was where they had their 1st date. He also wanted to include family and friends (about 13 of us) but needed to keep us out of sight until he proposed. Melissa was instantly all over it. She made it as stress-free as possible for my son. Coordinated with all of us, kept us hidden, snuck us in, she even went the extra mile and took a video of the proposal to give to my son...it was magical!! Diego joined in helping us all get where we needed to be, explain what we would be doing, etc. Best evening ever!! Thanks to Melissa and Diego, we are now going to be regulars at this establishment. Thank you Melissa and Diego!!!

This place has a great vibe! The desserts are absolutely amazing, the coffee is a little acidic but the view and vibe of the lake is amazing!

Went for the Christmas Light Show.
First the good! The coffee is excellent, might be the best espresso I have had in the US. Really strong. Nice views out on the water too. Staff were nice for the most part.

Now the not so good. It would be fair to say that the website is rather disingenuous about the light show and everything that goes with it. The "festival-style Bavarian marketplace" was two stalls, not really serving the full compliment of Bavarian foods you would expect (photos attached). When a marketplace is advertised, you expect a lot more than 2 stalls. As for the light show it was not all that enthralling I am afraid. The whole thing feels like a money grab to be honest. Really disappointed because we were all looking forward to it.

I could cry I love Mozart’s so much. Gorgeous view, delicious food, and perfectly crafted espresso beverages. The lavender they have at Mozart’s is by far my favorite lavender latte in Austin. It’s usually a little busy, but I haven’t ever been unable to find seating. Just love it here so much, the perfect place to vibe, read, do homework, or knit. Love love love it here.

Here in Austin for a UT campus visit and found this gem. Check out the killer patio overlooking the lake. And without saying, the coffees and desserts were next level. Love it!!

I went to experience the annual light show. This year had a few minor flaws but overall a jolly production. Definitely try the cinnamon sugar pretzel and have a Mexican hot chocolate. Take home a souvenir too. Don't forget to tip the performers!
