This coffee shop is amazing! Super cozy and coffee beverages are good quality. However, recently baristas made me upset. Yesterday I stopped by to get drip coffee around 4 pm, and she said that she doesn’t make drip anymore, as they about to close….Today, the guy served me cold coffee, and his nails were dirty…this is not good ((

I got two drip coffees, both were only moderately warm. The drip coffee I had was very fruity, not to my particular taste. Also, a 'large' is 12 oz. I suspect they have something larger but when I asked for a large coffee that was what I was offered. I feel like if you have a larger coffee you might want to tell the customer that.

I had a meeting scheduled at the conference room and WOW what a beautiful space! The staff is as kind as you can imagine, and the manager showed us around and made us feel at home. The conference room is professional and I can tell that many people here are friends. Not sure how people work freely but I understand that is popular now. The coffee is delicious, and I got the "Canadian holiday". A must try place

Absolutely great space with caring employees who care about their relationships with their customers. The coffee itself is fantastic and the space is built in such a way to promote a feeling of community and togetherness. A great place to meet people as well as have the time to get what you need done completed. One of the best coffee shops in Austin!

I came by Craftwork for a quick cup of coffee and I was impressed. They're a new coffee shop in town and the location is ideal for anyone needing some caffeine in the Domain. They've got a simplified menu and baristas who are more than happy to answer any questions. They have a cool co-working space for anyone in need of a quiet place to work. Overall a great place to stop by if you're in the area.

I love this place! Everyone who works here is always so friendly, and they seem very knowledgeable when answering questions about coffee. My favorite drink is the lavender latte, but their house drip is so so good! Also, their pastries are great - make sure to try the sweet empanada if you like cardamom.

About half of the tables here are unstable/need fixing, and usually sticky/dirty. Can management address this?

I’m a new fan for this place, it’s up scale, clean and great place to get work done.

Update: the internet has been down for a month, can't go there anymore to do work :(

The coffee shop looks awesome, fresh and bright, good for study or work. However, I am not a fan of their coffee. I ordered the hot black coffee, and I did not expect something taste sour. It might be good if it is fresh pour over for this kind of light roast beans, but it seems like it has been brewed and sitting in a pot for a while. The latte my friend ordered is light and lack of flavor. Again, it does't fit if they make espresso with light roast beans.
