The staff is great! Very friendly and engaging and they serve up great beverages. The manager gets the store involved in many events for the community.

Their matcha (+ 1 vanilla pump) is the best matcha I’ve ever tried!

They make Starbucks look like a McDonalds. The people behind the counter are the best part. Friendly, REAL and engaging. Coffee is fresh, food is good and the events they put on look priceless. Great place to feel like you fit in!

Slowest drive thru ever and the employees are so fake nice. Everytime I pull up to the window they are so rude if you don’t match their energy. I was just waiting in line for 20 mins do you think I’m happy and am going to laugh and joke with you? Not to mention, 50% of the time they ask if you want to tip the barista. Name another drive thru that blatantly asks if you want to tip? I just paid $1.25 for one pump of syrup. What a joke

I love this Jo's Coffee. It's close to my work, the drinks are always great, and the manager noticed that I was going daily so she gave me a punch card. It's rare that people working in such a busy environment are able to remember faces. I just wish the pretty rainbow streamers in the patio were year round, they make my day!

The drive through staff are seriously the sweetest folks ever. They always brighten up our mornings

Usually most of the baristas are fantastic. However, one of them has been passive aggressive on a couple of instances. I hope she isn’t working when I roll up, as I’ve had this weird passive aggressive experience with her before. I clarify my milk preference because I have an allergy, which I don’t think should ever be met with any contention about semantics, because why? But that’s what happened, and then she very swiftly gave me my total when I had more drinks to order which clearly said to me, ‘get lost I’m done with you.’ So I just drove away because there are plenty of coffee places in town. I’m looking for a cup of coffee, not a passive aggressive interaction.

Oh man, so many people these days don't appreciate or do the little things for people anymore, but the staff here is great and they made my day!
I was waiting for a doctor's appointment in the area and I was way too early so I went I find some coffee.
I had their Turbo and it was delicious, a taco and a muffin. I sat there for probably 1.5 hours paying bills and whatnot on my phone.
Right before I left, I ordered a Hyde Park Pecan Latte and went to use the restroom, when I came back there was my coffee and a note reading, "Its on the house! Have a great week!"...
I left a 10.00 tip because they truly made my week!
