Dutch Bros Coffee

Traveled here because somebody told me it would be good. It was mids.The best part was the friendly service, but the service was not very professional. The coffee was just as good as McCafe, not as good as Starbucks. Seems kind of like wasted space. The lot it's on is boring

The staff is what makes this place pop. Really friendly crew who seem to be excited about their job. I don't really get why this place is SO popular, but it's good coffee, especially if you like cold brew. You know, just not worth the wait when the line is 20+ minutes long.

I’ve never been to Dutch Bros before, but I arrived here on a Sunday morning to a line wrapped around the drive-thru. No problem, they had 2 “broistas” outside taking orders on an iPad. Regardless, my coffee took over 30 minutes to make. Cars were sitting at the drive thru window for upwards of 5 minutes just waiting to be greeted. The coffee was lacklustre and they forgot my additional shot of espresso. If you want a super sweet, sugary drink with caffeine, just grab an energy drink from a gas station and save yourself the trouble. This is my first experience and it will be my last.

First time here. Waited in line for about an hour and menu for sugar-free (being a diabetic) is NOT clear. In fact, their menu isn't at all clear. Very confusing. The guy who took my order was very nice. With his help, I ordered something that was supposed to be kind of a shake, sugar-free. It actually was flat in flavor and taste. Very disappointed. My girlfriend has been there a couple of times and had the same issue with flavor and taste. Not at all impressed with this place.

I like that they have oat milk as an option! the customer service has always been great. for example, i went there at 5am as soon as they opened and the barista was very nice! and made me laugh on an off day

We ordered 2 cups of coffee, and the server said they will be Americanos. I was fine with that, but what I did not like was the way they were made. Too much water.....It would have been could if it was a 6oz cup, but instead it was 16 oz so and tasted very dilute.

Driveway staff taking orders has always been friendly and efficient. At the window the staff is quick to ask about your day while making sure they have your order complete and correct as they hand it out to you. Area outside is always clean.

I like them very much, friendly, kind, good coffee..
this one isn't great.. the wait was so long the people were rude and short when I ordered. If I could have backed up and turned around I would have. Drive to buda or Kyle location. This one needs a management check... :/

Do not go to this Dutch bros unless you have an additional hour to kill in the drive thru/pickup window. I’ve heard they were extremely slow, but still went against my better judgement. I would 1000% recommend going somewhere else.

Not that impressed with this shop, not what I expected from DBs. I’ve been to many different locations in 3 states over the years and this one was just okay. My drink was not mafia style as I requested. And we were surprised that the Broista did not know what came in the French toast, so they guessed and it tastes like milk water (most other DBs knew exactly what it was as they recommended it before). Plus, the service was not the typical high energy and friendly.
