I asked for not too much water in my Americanos. The 20 yr old behind the counter kindly explained how an Americano is made. He then explained they’ve been making coffee for thirty years. Another 20 yr old then made our Americanos. They are too watery. Ah, the wisdom of youth.

Nice coffee spot to work at. Pumpkin chai was delightful but a tad too sweet and not hot enough. Wish they served it in a real cup too (came in a paper cup which made it seem tiny and unsatisfying). Coffee itself is good but not amazing. Could you use more outlets for the tables! Overall a good working/meeting spot that hasn’t gotten monstrously crowded yet.

Best beans in Austin. I try to keep most my reviews focus on Coffee shops, which this place technically is, but its also their roasting hub. I'm no barista, but compared to Merit, Intelligensia, Medici and many others, I personally thing my home brewed coffee tastes best with Cuvée. As a result their drinks are awesome. Most their seating is outside, so in the summer months its tough to visit this place, but their nitro brew (they claim to have invented it!) is an excellent way to cool down.

Only commenting on their coffee drinks. As a coffee shop, their coffee is really just not good. We ordered their pour over, which came out a bit burnt, Texas Teddy, very sweet and not enough coffee taste, and two more drinks that were both at best McDonald coffee level. Quite disappointing given their great review here.

This is the most fragrant coffee! It's like drinking a nice perfume! I love how my local coffee shop smells when they grind and brew it. I've started brewing it in my office too. Smells so good!!! And tastes good too!

I'm always looking for quiet places to drink and write. I would say the only drawback was no wifi. Otherwise, loved it! Also, staff was very friendly. Darn maself.. . . added the picture twice! Anyway, the Brewchata . . . to die for!

Great place for coffee. I ordered an ice americano and it came out right away and tasted amazing. They also sell their coffee beans and even offer large 1lb bags. If I lived here, would totally come back.

Hip coffee place that serves the best cold brew on nitro (Black and Blue). I'd say they're the best bean roasters in town.

EXCEPTIONALLY friendly Batista's/staff for sure!
I ordered the Texas Teddy due to it's uniqueness. It is definitely worth a try at least once!!
If you come on a nice day the front end of the shop is all open and its a very upbeat chill place. I do appreciate that it typically isn't very loud in here either. The espresso is kind of fruity in it's own unique way, and definitely worth a try as well. I'd recommend and (already have) return!

Cool simple place. Good place to hang out over a cup of coffee. Coffee is very good. A lot of local places use their coffee.
