Cuppa Austin Coffee Shop

Delicious espresso! I haven't had the best experiences with neighborhood coffee joints in suburban Austin, so I was pleasantly surprised that the staff here were ready, willing, and skilled enough to serve a great tasting, traditional espresso macchiato. It wasn't on their menu, but they obliged my order. The result was potent but sweet - a very well pulled shot from properly sourced beans - not burnt and pungent, as is so common these days. Thanks, Cuppa Austin!

I love their hot tea collection. And my husband and my teenager both love their specialty coffees. Cuppa Austin is open until 11:00pm at night, which makes it a perfect place for a quick stop after a long family-night out. This is also my go-to place for neighborhood meetups.

I have been meaning to write a review forever for this place. It is inexcusable that I come here so much and have not so here it goes. This is hands down the greatest coffee shop in all of Austin. I have been all over and not only does the staff make you feel like family here; but every time you come in here they make you feel like your business matters to them.

The staff is also really professional (they always greet you by first name if you come often which is unheard of these days but it is not in a superficial, corporate way) and this place is run really well. You never have to wait long for a drink, and their iced coffee is amazing. Although unlike most coffee shops it does not matter if you have to wait because the atmosphere is really comfortable. There are other shops in the north of Austin that shall remain nameless who act like you are taking up space if you stay for a while and do work; this one will always make you feel welcome.

It's not a drive-thru, it's a Russian roulette, will you scratch your car or not. If you have a big car, REALLY advice to protect your sanity by just PARK and go in. The coffee is very good.

I had a coconut milk latte with sugar free caramel and I’ve been dreaming of it ever since! Really great coffee and the baristas don’t let the shots die which is why it was so good. It’s a busy place if you’re wanting to sit and work, but it’s worth it for the coffee.

Friendly staff and great coffee/pastries/wifi. I will definitely be going back!!

Nice atmosphere, kind and knowledgeable staff.
My regular is the tarro root smoothie but the coffee and fresh brewed tea are also delicious. Last time I was there I couldn't decide on a tea mix so I just told the barrista what I like in teas and she made a custom mix for me, best tea I've had in a while.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Cuppa Austin. Every drink that I've had in the four years that I've been going there have been delicious. The staff is always very helpful and have some of the best customer service skills I've seen. Kacee, Brandon, and Michael, when he was there, are especially great. Always polite and welcoming. The atmosphere there is great for talking with friends, studying, or even just reading a book. The bathrooms are always kept up and are actually pleasing to look at. I tell everyone about Cuppa Austin and I'm constantly posting about them on social media. If you want to go to the best coffee shop in Austin, then go to Cuppa.
