Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. This is the avocado they put on my sandwich. The turkey also tasted horrible. So disappointed.

This is truly a hidden gem. We walked from our hotel to get some breakfast and decided to stop in and get take out to eat in our room. We got the Eggs, bacon and pancake breakfast. I have to say it was packaged perfectly. It had butter, syrup, utensils...just a professional grade job by the staff. It was a very generous portion as well. The 4 pancakes would have been a breakfast all by themselves.
There were so many tasty looking items in the display case. We were sad that our stay wasn't longer. Definitely check this place out if you near the Arboretum area in Austin.

DO NOT ORDER COLD BREW FROM HERE. Omg it's $4 and some change for a large, yet you get a regular sized cup that is filled with a one inch gap between the liquid and the top of the cup.

Other than the poor customer service, the food is actually really good!!

Typical location with nothing to rank it above average. My half sliced prime rib sandwich had maybe two thin slices of beef, with two pieces of American cheese and tomato on good bread. It would have been better if it was heated. The tomato basil soup was excellent though.

Food was excellent as usual, but all empty tables were full of dirty dishes and piles of trash. Even the floor was littered. When our food came to the table,, we had to request that it be wiped clean . We had already removed the dirty dishes ourselves, It was not crowded or extremely busy so that was not the excuse. This was on a Saturday. We have visited often during the week and found the place much cleaner, Hope this was just an unusual situation, because the food is always fresh and very affordable.

One of our regular spots. Tasty food, consistent quality, plenty of options/variety, friendly employees, and quick service! What else do you want? Try the Anaheim Scrambler (breakfast available anytime), BLT, or Chopped salad!

Real, fresh, good quality ingredients. Consistently tasty. One note, though, the Anaheim breakfast sandwich had way too much butter soaking the bread. Their pastas are really good - the Chicken Carbonara was much better than an Italian restaurant (pricier) downtown.

It's just okay. The salad was nice and fresh but my sandwich was lackluster for the price and I couldn't find any pesto on it. A little disappointing but an okay place in a pinch.

This place is okay. Their breakfast items and desserts are fantastic -- I would often bring cookies back to the office after lunch and they were always gone in about 5 seconds. Especially love the mini M&M cookies. But strangely their lunch items were all just "meh". I tried numerous sandwiches and pastas and they were mostly right, but never amazing. I'm not really sure I could explain why -- it just seemed like every meal is missing one ingredient that would make it better. I still give them a 4 though because I was happy enough eating here, and their service was quick and efficient (awesome during lunch rush), and because the cookies were GREAT.

Update: After multiple order issues I cannot continue to give this place my money. Last night they forgot BOTH the main entrees.
While the store manager offered to make up for the mistake, the reorder process was overly complicated as they didn't have a copy of my order. I opted to just get refunded to avoid any additional mistakes
This is really disappointing, as. I've really tried to work with both the local store and the corporate office. They really show how.much they care as my open ticket has seen no activity since my.ladt update, six days ago.
