Café Crème

Some unique coffee menu items. Drip coffee was good, not a standout but strong. Espresso drinks are ok as well, though I think my milk may have been a very slightly oversteamed with that popcorn flavor aftertaste. Atmosphere lacks a bit of charm, however where they lack quite outside seating they make up for in easy parking.

I love this place! They offer a variety of drink options along with a great selection of food; the crepes are amazing! Fast and friendly service with a great atmosphere! They showcase art on every wall and offer handmade goods for sale. Stop by if you're in the area!

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this café yet! I visit about once a week.
The quality is consistent, service is casual and attentive, and my partner and I are convinced they have the best espresso in town. They specialize in crepes, which are delicious, but don’t underestimate breakfast tacos! Or the croissant sandwich. Gosh, at this point I think I’ve eaten everything on the menu... you really can’t go wrong.

Good place to work. Lots of seating, and music selection is conducive to focus. There are also benefits like a printing service and bookable conference rooms. There's also a book exchange.

I like to get the pastries and sandwiches here. Great to come in the morning, get lunch, then keep reading/working in the afternoon.

It's quaint. The service is a bit slow. I bought two breakfast tacos and a cappuccino and they forgot to bring me the cappuccino. I had to ask for it after about 10 minutes.

The coffee the barista made was perfect! I asked for something not too sweet and she was able to help me find the perfect drink and customize it to me. The shop is super cute and has rest adorable jewelry from local dealers as well. Definitely coming back

A Gluten Free food request was not met with the care it should've been resulting in an allergic reaction requiring urgent medical treatment.

It's a simple mistake but with heavy consequences. Also cross contamination, as a GF item was placed in the same bag as a non-GF food item. Most places know to separate these because of cross contamination.

My suggestion for anyone with a food allergy is to order your item separately from mixed allergy company, as in a group order, just place your own order apart and over-explain your sensitivity so that it's met with the care and respect it deserves.

I'm very disappointed with this error - especially as the cashier had an opportunity to ensure that the food allergy would be responsibly handled.

This was the last proof I needed for dwindling customer service in this town, so we're not coming back and done with Austin restaurants in general.

Vegan taco vegan chocolate muffin and hot chocolate it was very good

The matcha green tea latte was creamy and delicious. Very cute Cafe with an adorable book exchange
