Bennu Coffee

The coffee here is pretty good, but the bizarre wifi policies are annoying. I visited with a coworker and purchased several items. The barista rudely refused to give us two wifi codes when I had clearly purchased items for multiple people.

My favorite coffee shop in Austin! Staff is wonderful, they are open 24/7, and they have lots of outlets if you need to work on your computer. They've recently expanded their food menu so that's nice when I have to spend long hours working there. They get really busy sometimes, mostly close to finals, so that's the only downside.

Convenient if you live near here - it's nice to have a local 24hr coffee shop around. I've had some bad service here a few times (One time they wouldn't let a group of us order a coffee because we were holding food from another place while we were in the shop. We had been planning to order coffee and leave but they wanted us to leave the food outside. It was kind of ridiculous so we just left), but I keep going back anyways. Sometimes the music choice is great (90s hip hop or R&B), other times it is terrible (noise genera). Chairs are comfortable but sometimes this place is packed and it's hard to find somewhere to sit.

I love this place so much! It still feels like old Austin. The staff are authentically nice and helpful. They accommodate folks trying to work by providing loads of outlets. They play great music at a well-calibrated level. They don't try to be fancy but rather focus on quality of coffee, people and service.

Nice little cafe, but it's often pretty crowded, especially during finals weeks with countless people studying. The wifi often struggles, but that might be because I have issues with my laptop, since other people in the cafe don't seem to have any problems. Electrical outlets are plentiful. Also a good place to have a casual coffee/tea with friends/acquaintances if you're not studying for anything.

This is a hidden jewel of Austin. Think of a coffee bar in a funeral home, but that is not a critique. People go there to work, read, browse the internet, anything but talking. 50 people can be in there and you won't hear a peep. If you want a place to focus, this is it! And its opened 24/7, how cool is that. Buzz all night long.
Coffee is good! Not quite a 5, which would be on the level of Summer Moon, but consistently good. Depth of flavor to the brew, latte foam is a work of art and has substance to it. Not just an add-on like a chain would give you.
Staff is a 3, meaning as the French would say "correct". They are not rude nor warm, not interested nor indifferent. But again, you go there for the coffee and a comfortable place to work NO distractions.

Very nice clean and yet comfortable indoor area, with lots of space and accessible plugs everywhere for your electronic devices. Outdoor seating is not as ample, but still quite a lot of space, and a nice feel.
