Always loved this place. It is a tough turn into the drive thru but worth it. Great coffee. Plenty of pastries and the best staff who feel like family once you have been through a few times.

Today was my first time getting coffee here. Drive thru service was excellent! The coffee is delicious. Will be back!

I love this place! The mochas are exceptional and the people are quick, nice, and consistently awesome. You can hit the drive through or you can sit for hours with your laptop in their very comfy chairs with wi-fi and good music.

I have different coffee shops for different drinks, and this is my go-to for if I'm ever feeling just a drip coffee. Not sure what it is, but their drip coffee is amazing (I personally prefer I flavored coffee, but their vanilla nut is objectively very good)

The employees here are so friendly. I ordered a small ice coffee that came w/two shots of espresso for $4 and it was delicious. Go check them out you won't be disappointed.

The ice cold Java Blast is great. However it is about 5 bucks for a small. If you want to have a special treat for yourself try it. It has ground up roasted coffee beans in it for a little crunch. The regular coffee is good too.

One degree off in every way that counts.

I drive by It's A Grind most mornings on my way to work, so this would be my Go-To place if they made some very important changes.

1. Their coffee is awful. Obviously that is an egregious oversight in a coffee shop, and it saddens me to even have to use that adjective. Unfortunately, I've tried their lattes, cappuccinos, drip (french, breakfast, seasonal, etc), blended, iced, and mochas, and each and every time it tastes burnt, flavorless, or a bizarre combination of both. In an attempt to mask this I have also ordered flavored varieties... to no avail. Still bad. Their website claims "micro-roasted", and I call BS.

2. They don't allow for tipping when using a credit card. To each their own, I suppose, but this really bugs me. Unless that's a part of the franchise conditions, you need to change that policy.

3. Inconsistency. Every other time I've been there, my order has either been wrong, lukewarm, under-filled, or a combination thereof. Several of the times I felt like I was speaking Sumerian, because what I ordered and what I received weren't even remotely close. The last and final time, I ordered a large double dirty chai, was handed a blended mocha java rush ten minutes later. They ended up giving me a freebie card as an apology this time, but by that point I was just done. Still haven't used it.

4. Dark, echoey, and uninviting. The interior ambiance needs some work. It *could* be inviting... but there's just something very dark, cold and uncomfortable that made me want to always get my coffee To-Go. Most of the time, I'd walk in and there would be zero music, with the only sound being two girls chatting with each other echoing out from behind the counter. It's a coffee shop, folks, not museum.

5. Counter vs Drive Thru. Standing inside the building, being the only individual that is currently there placing an order shouldn't take 15 minutes to obtain a coffee in the morning. But if you happen to be standing there when there are cars in line in the drive thru, guess who gets serviced first? Every single person in the drive thru before you. A couple of the times I had to ask where my order was, because they had forgotten... again, only one standing there.

The first and only time I went here, they made me a blended coffee with coffee grounds in it. I had already left before trying it, so had to throw it away 😭 Maybe I’ll give them another try later, but it literally left a bad taste.

If you're looking for good traditional cup of black coffee (and I don't mean Folgers), go somewhere else. If you want a cold coffee drink like what Starbucks offers but for a little bit less, then this place is solid. The spot itself is nice and I can appreciate that they have a drive thru, but the coffee just isn't very good. I really just wish that coffee shops would offer more than one kind of coffee for any specific drink. You want an Americano? Well you only have one option for the bean, and it's "meh". I guess I'll keep driving to places like Houndstooth and paying insane prices elsewhere...but they're worth it.

What a fun coffeeshop! With high ceilings and cute chairs, it feels like stepping into an old living room. Cosy and nice. Coffees are good and there's lots of choices in snacks and lunch items. We had tomatoe soup, it was delicious! Just wish less disposables would be used...
