Upper Park Cafe

I know times are hard right now, but it is much easier to do the order right than to send it out almost. I ordered the pancake combo, eggs under cooked, hash browns under cooked, bacon under cooked. Pancake was perfect, but no butter a a small amount of syrup for a large pancake. I'll come back another day and try again. This is not the way to start a morning.

My wife and I have decided we want to find local restaurants not too far away that will allow us to drive around and see the area in places we normally would never go. Upper Park Cafe in Aubrey was definitely worth the trip. It is a completely Charming little restaurant and Coffee House with delightful food. The portions are ample, the prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly and very responsive. They also have a location in Downtown Denton we have yet to try but we will. We met the owner and she was a delight to talk to and we will be going back.

I was in a group of 5 who stopped for breakfast in the middle of our bike ride on Saturday May 30th, 2020. We asked to sit outside and we were given a table, and menus, and 2 sets of silverware - the host said that they needed to prepare some more silverware and she would bring it right out. That would be the only time anyone attended to us.

We patiently sat waiting for service, but nobody took our drink orders or came to our table to notify us that there were any kind of staffing issues that were resulting in delays in service. We walked up to the host on 2 separate occasions to ask if they could send someone to take our orders, but again no explanation was offered for the reason for a delay and they said that they would send someone over.

We had been waiting at least 30 minutes before we realized that we would not be getting any service. We got the message, so we left.

Great food and better staff. Every experience I have here is beyond expectation. I love the atmosphere and I get excited to have their signature Pecan Coffee. Sad to say I haven't tried anything from the lunch menu yet because the breakfast is too good!

A tiny bit pricey. Good food though. Nice and attentive wait staff. With tip its about $30 for two people which includes a couple regular coffees, and a couple of generous plates of two eggs, bacon, toast and hashbrowns. The bacon wasnt the very best. Too hard, a little over cooked, very thick. Hashbrowns, eggs, and potatoes great. Nice atmosphere. Maybe offer a few more sides to go with the breakfasts? Overall great experience and will return if prices dont go up. Would go all the time if prices came down.

Went there Sunday with some friends and the food was pretty good, but our server was amazing. We walked in about 1:30 and about 1:45 I felt as if we were being rushed as they turned off the tv’s we were watching and the radio. Thankfully someone at least turned the radio back on after we said something about it to our server. We will definitely be back thanks mostly to the courtesy we received from our server. I think her name was Michelle, but if not I just remember it was the girl wearing the Cowboys jersey. Restaurants need more servers like her who don’t hurry you out the door when it’s close to closing time. I hope she reads this and if she does I just want her to keep up the great work. Will definitely be back to try the pecan French toast soon.

OMG!!! Hands down probably the best breakfast i have eaten. First our server came by and coffee in hand as were seated and she knew her menu and suggested the California omelet with salsa . real eggs by the way and avocado . glass never empty and felt very comfortable thanks

The staff is really nice, Way more engaging than next door at moms. Pecan French toast was delicious! My kid was surprised by how good his steak was

Restaurant is amazing. Customer service is always top notch, even when they are overwhelmed with business. Food quality ids always the best. When you get great food, and great service, you can't go wrong. The place is always clean, and welcoming too.

Took an hour and 15 min for take out! What they need to do is stop taking orders when they can't fulfill them in a timely manner for dine in or dine out. So disappointed!
