The Ruffled Cup

This cake was just perfect for my Grandma's 80th birthday. The staff was very helpful and did an excellent job bringing this delicious creation to life. Thank you!!

Came here for lunch. Wasn't very busy, but almost all the tables were dirty and piled with dishes. Food was really good.

Very long wait in line for lunch only to be told we’d still have to wait at least 45 minutes for food to be ready. We decided not to wait and just bought some sweets to go.

The desserts we bought were very tasty.

Food was delightful and they had a fun variety to choose from. The prices are higher, but not unreasonable for a specialty place. However, they ask for a tip after simply taking a couple cupcakes out of a display case. Just raise prices and wages so I can buy cupcakes without being asked to judge another's worth.

I just spent about $40.00 on fried pies at the Ruffled Cup. I ask to split them up 3 ways as I was taking some to my children. The lady informed me it would be $.45 for each additional container. I found this most upsetting and of poor taste. The fried pies are great, but I’ll not be purchasing anymore from this place.

Ineffective staff and Poor management make for terrible customer service. High prices for sub par food. Went because roosters next door was closed- big mistake. It used to be decent but seems it’s really gone downhill. Will definitely not be coming back.

BEST Customer Service!! We ordered 60 cupcakes for our co-workers as a Valentine's Day treat. When we placed the order, they were not going to be able to package them individually. We were prepared to package the cupcakes ourselves, but what a surprise when I picked up the order! Ruffled Cup staff had placed each cupcake in an individual container - and saved us so much time. Thank you all for going above and beyond for our Fairly Group employees! :)

What can I say? Delicious cupcakes and cookies Plus cheerful service. If you stop in here to satisfy your sweet tooth I don't think you'll be disappointed. There's lots and lots of parking out in front and plenty of seats inside even with social distancing due to the pandemic. I finally had lunch here the other day, french onion soup which was very good although I wish they had used graded Swiss or mozzarella cheese rather than a thin slice of cheese on top. I got a turkey cranberry sandwich because it was shortly before Thanksgiving and it was very good. I look forward to going back and trying other items. I believe they only serve lunch until 3 p.m. though so if you want to go here for lunch be sure to get here early enough.

I am regular I enjoy everything, I also bring my friends and they tell their friends etc . however lately Some of the staff lately just isn't very greetable and have their picks who they would want to socialize with. I will take my business else where and my friends and there's.
