The gym is amazing. The staff is great. They have everything you need to reach your fitness goals. Best gym in town...maybe the state.

Of all the gym in Amarillo this is by far the best one!! Only little complaint I have is having some weighted camber bars would be nice and some different music variations every now and then. Other then that this gym is top notch.

Amazing gym. I’m traveling through town for work and I signed up to work out here. They have so much equipment and space. The gym is on par with high level gyms in bigger cities. Everyone is friendly. Free small locker use and facilities are clean. Highly recommend this gym!

I am old & like hard rock/heavy metal. Hearing that at times would be nice.

This is the best gym I have ever been to or apart of. My fiance and I have been going to tons gyms and I could never get into it until we came across Contagion. I'd suggest this gym if you want a clean, friendly, judgment free environment to workout in.

As an out of shape 50 year old, I decided I needed to do something to help myself feel and sleep better. I was aware that there was a new gym in town and decided to take a tour on a whim. I had never really worked out in a gym before (really hadn’t worked out period!) and was nervous. The staff greeted me and made me feel comfortable the minute I walked though the door. They were friendly, took the time to answer my many questions, and assured me that this would be a good place for me to begin my journey. I met with a personal trainer, Ian Sneed, shortly after to discuss the benefits of having a personal trainer. I was blown away by his knowledge and expertise. He wasn’t just “another guy who had worked out in a gym forever and therefore an expert”. We talked about what my goals were and how he could help me achieve those goals. His attitude was that of a coach and mentor and that impressed me. I signed up that day. It has been four months now and I’m convinced more each day that I made the right decision. The Gym at Contagion Athletics is an incredible facility with equipment to meet every kind of need and most are easy to operate…even for a novice like me.

I have been to a lot of gyms while traveling for work and this place has the best equipment I have ever used or seen. Coming from Austin this would easily cost $150 for a membership while still only get half of what is available here. Ian was also great about helping me figure out a workout as I was working to get myself reacclimated to the gym. Without a doubt this place was well worth the wait for it to get it built!
