Attentive staff, quick and easy drive through, convenient location, delicious teas and coffee…what’s not to love? ❤️

I ordered a white mocha cold (ice) in the drive through. I go up to the window and pay for my drink. The lady came back to hand me a hot coffee. I explained that I ordered a Ice coffee.
she hands me a drink “The new drink”
It was the hot coffee that was just poured over ice. I work across the street and when I got back to my job the ice was melted. Let’s not leave out the fact that it tasted horrible.
I wasted $5 on a coffee because I didn’t drink it. I’m not one to complain but honestly this is not the first time it has happened. I understand orders get mixed up but don’t be lazy fixing a mistake you made.

Love roasters, frequent them often! Never disappointed in their coffees! Favorites are skinny white chocolate mocha no whip and a poor man's iced coffee. Staff is always friendly!

This is absolutely the place to go if you want consistently good coffee and/or tea!
Every single person who has helped me has gone out of their way to be friendly and as helpful as they can possibly be.
Their managers and staff work hard to ensure that any problems that you encounter are handled in a timely manner and to your best benefit!
I have been to other "coffee/tea" shops, and I can promise that Roaster's offerings outshine the others in consistency and awesome flavor, (if flavored drinks are your thing!)
Their roasted coffees are always spot on with very little, if any, variation in color, texture, and flavor!
This is one local place that you can call your personal hangout, and be proud to do it!!

Went inside to get a coffee. Just stood there. Employees didn't even acknowledge us. 2 of them looked at us but that was it. So we left got tired of just standing there. I know roaster have good coffee but this location only cares about their drive thru. Don't recommend going inside unless you have tons of free time and don't need to be places. Personally choose a different location for them

I usually get a white chocolate symphony, but I have had some of their other coffee drinks. I am happy to say that I like Roasters better than Starbucks. Yes, I said it!
You can actually taste the coffee in their speciality drinks. I never have to ask for extra shots to get the robust taste of coffee in my drinks, and the staff is always pleasant.

Absolutely the rudest experience I have had. I walked into the shop to do two things.
1. Purchase a cup of coffee
2. Tell the people I was meeting that were inside I was next door.
I do accept the blame for having a bag of food from canes in my hand. I walked in the door and the employees behind the counter screamed at me across the store. "No outside food or drinks."
I don't have a problem with that policy. I don't have a problem with having someone walk over to me and politely let me know that they did not allow out side products in the store.
I personally will not do business with this location due to this experience. Please take the time to talk to the staff and let them know there are much better ways to handle customer interactions

Latte wasn't very good. We went here because they had a higher rating than Starbucks

If you really love third wave coffee, just understand that this place probably appeals more to the Starbucks crowd. Great service, nice people and place. Just not what I hoped for.

In town for the weekend and dropped in for an afternoon pick-me-up. Ordered the Head Banger and it was amazing! The barista was very knowledgeable and sweet to help with the menu. Will definitely be going back tomorrow for another coffee before leaving Amarillo.
