Sheesh where to start. The cashier was wearing headphones while taking our order, the drink we ordered was overpriced and he used the wrong milk, he started making my food with his bare hands touching all the ingredients and only put on gloves after we asked him multiple times, and while I don’t really care as long as you are working he did take a personal phone call, but the crux of it all is that he made my food WITH HIS BARE HANDS SO GROSS

Can I give a half a star. It wasn’t very quality coffee, and it was extremely overpriced. He charged me for a 24 ounce gave me a 16 ounce without even asking me what size I wanted, he wasn’t very polite and was super unprofessional he answered a personal phone call while I was in the middle of ordering.

The owner is very nice he carries coconut milk because I asked for it one time. He is always smiling and they offer refills on coffee if you keep your receipt. They will also bring your order to you if you work in the mall.

Came here today to try something new, but the cashier was too immature. All of her friends were gathered around talking to her, she finished her conversation then helped us, and was very rude the whole experience was bad, she proceeded to watch and I assume talk about my boyfriend and I because she and her friends watched us the whole time we didn’t enjoy our drinks. Probably why she had zero tips. Will not go back

I came here for a cup 9f coffee and wasn't disappointed. I love the flavor and the friendliness of the employees. They offer any delicious foods and coffee and would definitely recommend them

My daughter ordered a hot chocolate. As for me I ordered a chia latte. I noticed my daughter wasn't drinking her beverage. I asked if I could have a taste. The hot chocolate tasted extremely off. Meaning less chocolate more liquid. I asked my Mother to take a taste. My Mother agreed. My daughter then spoke up and said she was relieved it wasn't just her. So she chose to go up and have them fix it. Instead of fixing the hot chocolate the girl, Aubrey, rolled her eyes at my daughter and insisted that it was a hot chocolate. Instead of simply apologizing and replacing the beverage for another one like good customer service Aubrey chose to argue. Perhaps it was my daughter's age that made Aubrey feel superior. My daughter is thirteen years old, mind you. So when my daughter sat down to the same beverage without an apology or replacement. I had to go up there and confront both girls, Aubrey and Ariana. I told them it tasted watered down that I would like more chocolate. Ariana apologized and started to replace it. As for the Aubrey she had rolled her eyes. I believe, while Ariana was fixing the hot chocolate, that Aubrey was speaking down on me and my daughter. I do know Aubrey had an bad attitude. When the beverage was handed back to me I took a sip. It was better. I thanked them both after asking for their name's. As I sat down infront of the shop my daughter brought it to my attention that both girls we're glaring at her. It made my daughter very uncomfortable. When she looked over she said Aubrey was rolling her eyes and Ariana was silently staring her down. It made my daughter so uncomfortable to the point she said softly that she wished she had never asked for a hot chocolate. My daughter eventually got up and left the mall. This upset me entirely!!! My daughter has a right to request what she did. Instead these two girls chose to intimidate her for not liking her hot chocolate. Horrible customer service!!! I have worked customer service myself so I know that no matter what the customers age is you apologize and ask the customer if they want the item to be remade or their money back. Customers ALWAYS come first no matter the age! It is against policy to intimidate the customer and say they are in the wrong. I got up and asked the girls if they had a problem? Not sure what they said I was too upset at this point bc I realized the girls we're right in front of our table. Aubrey had her phone up pointed right at our table. As I walked out to comfort my child my Mother confirmed that she felt Aubrey may have recorded us. So I went back inside. I spoke to Ariana who was at the front talking on her cellphone. I then told her if Aubrey had video tape of me and my family. She said not that she knew of. So I told her if it was against policy rules to record the customer's? She said yes. I then told her if I see any video of me and my family out on social media I would have my lawyer contact their boss. I then took out a pen and paper and asked for management number, managers name, and the company name. I told Ariana this could have all been avoided if Aubrey had simply just replaced the hot chocolate the first time. Instead now it has blown out of proportion. I then told Aubrey that I enjoyed the chia latte and that there we're three of us who confirmed the hot chocolate tasted badly. As I bid her a good night and walked away it then occurred to me...how many other young adults have asked these girls to replace their beverage and these young girls choose to be rude etc with their behavior that it then intimidates the young adult to not say anything at all. Disgusting behavior. I would recommend this company teach their EMPLOYEES that CUSTOMERS COME FIRST AT ALL TIMES! It is the CUSTOMER'S that bring in the business!

It's alright but it lacks of employees who worked there, unless you have patience for a while then you're fine.

This is a great place to get a coffee or a latte! My favorite is the soy chai latte with a shot of espresso! The sandwiches are good too. I don't usually order the tuna salad because it has onions in it. I don't do onions.
