Cliffside Coffee

Absolutely my go-to when traveling to Amarillo. Great coffee and great service. Love the ability to order ahead on the app too, because Cliffside is usually busy! 😃 Says a lot about a coffee business when they are busy well into the afternoon. Don't pass them by!

Stopped in for a coffee. The staff were friendly and my coffee was good!

They don't listen when you are ordering coffee have messed up on my coffee 3 times. The other 2 times I ignored it but Today they messed up on my coffee again and I went back through the drive thru to tell them and within 3 second they supposedly made me a new one witch I know for a fact they did not my coffee wasn't hot and my sister used to own a coffee stand! For the prices of their coffee you would think they would do the right thing instead, they just added milk to my coffee. It is ridiculous and very unprofessional and the lady at the window was RUDE!!!
Btw I ordered a medium white chocolate mocha non fat sugar free extra hot no foam with whip cream.

This review is not about the coffee but about what a joke this place is. I pulled up here at 2 pm on Tuesday (should be one of the least busy times). There is no place to order here other than pull up to the window. There was one car ahead of me and waited behind it for over 5 minutes before I gave up. It sure looked like the person in the car ahead of me and the barista was just talking. Barista kept glancing at me as if I am at the wrong place. Not sure how good their coffee is.

Love this place people are always warm and friendly won't go anyplace else in town. Coffee best in town!!!!!!!!!

Always quick and friendly service. Coffee tastes great and prices are about the same as anywhere else. Will continue to get the occasional coffee here.

I went to this location yesterday afternoon at 4:50 and it was already closed. I won't go back again.

Every time I leave this place I say I’m going to write a review because of the excellent customer service. Not just today but every time I have gone by....the girls at the window are so nice and sweet, always ask how I am and how my day is going. Love this place!

Best Coffee stop in Amarillo. Selections are awesome, coffee tastes great, personalizing your drink is easy and the customer service is a model example! We literally keep returning because we always feel appreciated as customers and get fabulous coffee to boot. I love trying flavored coffees, especially seasonally, but it's always to sweet regardless at other shops. However, when I explained this the very first time we went to Cliffside they made one half-sweet and it actually was perfect! So here we are,, still rockin' the half-sweet coffees and enjoying each cup! Thanks Cliffside!!
