Best coffee, lattes, frappes, and teas you'll ever drink. Excellent sandwiches too and the staff and customer service are top notch every time!!!

I come here to study and Im usually here (I'm here now lol) about 3 to 5 hours when I come. I have 2 to 3 drinks and a meal or snack and I tip well. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they make an amazing whipped coffee, I get it every time. Its setup for people to study or chill and read your favorite book. I hope during fall break I can sneak in and just read a good book instead of Statistics! Great vibe and atmosphere. Highly recommend!!! Oh and free wifi and its quiet!

Excellent coffee, Smoothies, and pastries... I enjoy the courteous, hometown atmosphere of the coffee house. And the employees are all wonderful! This is also an excellent location to meet friends or discus business with others while relaxing...

The coffee here was really really good and that jalapeño popper panini was so tasty. I definitely recommend this place. And its so nice inside too, it has a very nice and clean setup. I will definitely be returning. 10/10.

1820 Coffee House is a great place to get that on the go beverage and pastry or sandwich or just chill and enjoy your favorite drink in their cozy environment. The atmosphere here is comfortable and homey. Highly recommend 1820 Coffee House to everyone.

I tried this place for the first time driving through Alvin I wanted something other than Starbucks. Staff was great and the overall space is nice. A few couches to chill on and plenty of tables. As for the coffee...well I would say it was average, could be I'm just not used to the type of beans they used, but the coffee seemed a bit thin.

I am so happy that they open earlier during the school year for teachers to get that needed boost in the morning. They are always pleasant and helpful and this is a great place to do activities throughout the week. It is also special to help a local small business.

This is a very warm and inviting place to meet and greet and enjoy coffee, tea and light foods. They tear everyone like family. I love the place and go 2 or 3 times a week most weeks. Starbucks has nothing on this place.
