can't even review the coffee here cuz the "baristo" was so incredibly pretentious, i just walked out after attempting to order. tried to order a pour over coffee and was TOLD, not recommended not suggested, but TOLD he would NOT be leaving me room for cream. nevermind the fact that i didn't even ask for room initially, literally just asked for a pour over coffee and then was dictated to as to how i will be drinking my coffee that day... because it "takes 30 minutes". and...so?? i guarantee your pour over is not so good that a splash of cream will sully the liquid gold you think you're brewing. this is a coffee shop in small town Texas... seriously get over yourselves lol. also should mention it was prime time on a Saturday morning and there was literally nobody else in there, nor was anyone else coming in after us.

I never review businesses. I like to see the best in all situations, and consider one bad experience at a business to not always be the rule. Today, maybe, is an exception. I tried to get coffee to drink for "here," and was turned away because the owner didn't "know me." Hey, I understand, covid-19 is serious and I have no idea what their situation is. But if that's so, that should be the rule for all customers, not just your in-circle (there were three other customers seated inside). Then, I received a latte instead of a cappuccino. I understand covid-19 is difficult for everyone, but as a fully vaccinated/boosted person who is extremely careful regarding the pandemic (and local), I expected better from a business. I left feeling like I wasn't good enough to be able to sit and drink my coffee at their business. I hope no one else will experience this in the future.

Awesome coffee shop that puts out great third wave coffee. Stopped here driving through and was really pleasantly surprised to find coffee of this caliber in a small town. Their espresso machine was down but the drip was on point, not over/under extracted and brought out the more delicate jammy and floral flavors of the beans. I'll be back to try the espresso if I ever get the chance.

Coffee was great! We got cold brew! The breakfast bagel sandwich was delicious too! Simple but on point. We also got a yogurt parfait for the road and it was delicious!!

Cedar Coffee has never failed to disappoint until now... I used to come here quite a bit and it was good! My favorites were the orange blossom latte and the honey lavender latte... the honey lavender used to be sweet with a lavender taste along with... but this time it wasn’t sweet nor did did taste of lavender.. in fact it tasted like old book or some cough syrup... I noticed also the coffee was in a paper cup instead of a regular coffee mug...

a nice coffee shop but the taste of the honey lavender latte is gone! :(

If the baristas had any energy, personality, positive attitude, or any willingness to say things other than “ok what else” or “we only have whole milk or oat milk” then they’d have 5 stars. Seriously awesome coffee with the most boring interpersonal communication. Me: “hi! How’s it going?” Barista (monotone voice, no eye contact): “fine…” *stares at computer screen*.

Calm, cool, collected. A welcome, almost museum gallery space to enjoy some of the best coffee I’ve ever had. The machine itself is a work of art and the baristas are masters of it. They’re hoarding all the Oatley which is hard to get in Houston and have almond as well.
Superb scones to boot!
Sit a spell and get a Tan Brewster (iced cold brew with house made vanilla and cream) to head to the mountains.

Great find on the way back from Big Bend to Austin. Delicious coffee and tasty breakfast bagels

My favorite coffee shop when we visit! You have to try the Iced Strawberry Macha! So good. 🍓
