Very expensive, was $20 for 2 bowls of their smallest size. Got a really gross flavor, black raspberry, tasted rotten. Literally unbearable, and I can handle some gross food. Upon telling one of the employees they said I should've sampled it, and that I could get another bowl, if it payed for it again. The employee that tried it after I complained also made a face as if it was gross. Other flavors were good though, just wish I got better service. Felt really sick on the drive home aswell.

Clean place. Not a lot of flavors like Nikki's used to have but definitely had great flavor. Price is not on the cheap 30+ for a family of 4.

This place is total garbage. It smells like an uncleaned clothes washing machine ...you know that dank musty gross smell, it's overpriced, and the staff is less than friendly. When I asked questions, I was met with snark, and the worst offense was when I asked what the little juice ball things were and I was looked at like I was stupid as I was told it was Boba. I didn't know what it was and asked for clarification, only to be met with more stares and a response that would have offended a kindergartener. Considering that 2 small bowls of ice cream cost $26, I should have had a much better experience. I will never shop here again... even if it is the only place in town I can get an ice cream.

Me and my daughter stopped in and purchased two small cups of yogurt. The consistency is strange, nothing like the prior yogurt shop. The toppings are generic; Oreos are not real Oreos, M&M’s are not real M&M’s…. Some toppings were stale. A very small serving for the two of us was $10.20…. I am good with getting what you pay for; however, runny frozen yogurt and generic toppings are not worth the price. We will keep driving next time….

I can't believe that person who wrote the zero star review-- I'm here right now and there are more flavors (with caloric intake information!!) than any other froyo place had...they have an entire wall of toppings and toppings near the counter too. My froyo was awesome, great flavor and consistency, and was really reasonably priced. They also offer fun drinks too!! Definitely check them out, such a fun place.

This used to be called Nikki’s, which was a pretty good option for froyo. Whatever it’s become now is simply terrible. Watery frozen yogurt that has no flavor and a consistency that reminds me of a slushee. The toppings are low quality. No lids available to bring home safely in the car. Terrible smell throughout the shop that made me suspect they were having plumbing issues.
I normally take pictures but we threw it in the trash before the thought crossed my mind.
We will never return, and I advise others against trying it.

I have know idea what has happened to the Wylie location. It has gone down hill extremely bad. 5 different yogurt options only. The flavors are liquid and not ice cream like. Not to mention the employees there are extremely rude. I will never return.
Under new ownership this review was for Nikkis I have not been to mood yet to see if things have changed will update.

Not really sure I understand the military discount policy. My husband is active duty and was told it's only for active duty members and not the family. This makes zero sense. If your going to offer a military discount you should offer it for all military. If your not offering it to all military then don't offer it. You saying that a retired military member is less important than an active duty or that the sacrifice the family makes isn't anything. I would have felt better about it if you didn't offer one at all.

This location weirdly has much better quality than the other. Frozen yogurt is much more flavorful & there are plenty of toppings to choose from. Store is super adorable, but staff could be friendlier, they just seemed to be going through the motions of their shift while eating froyo.

I come by almost every day and I’ve come to learn a few things about this location
1. The staff is always friendly and willing to listen to me talk all day
2. There are times where it gets very busy but staff seems to keep cool heads and not stress out
3. The coffee is very good.
4. The store is usually very clean. Even during the rushes the staff tries their best to clean up any spills or messes. Any yogurt spill doesn’t last very long.
5. The coffee is VERY good
Overall I give it 5 Stars. Amazing place to take your family to have a good time.
