Food is good. Cozy atmosphere but the front desk could use some customer service skills. A Lot customer service is needed. Other than that, it seems A Lot better outlet than the Starbucks places.

Funky coffee shop with a unique vibe. I spent one day here but got a feel for the people. Big menu, super friendly staff, and lots of seating options.

Coffee is good. Very comfortable atmosphere to sit with friends. Staff isnβt very friendly. Cinnamon rolls appear to be out of a store bought can and are extremely over priced.

Customer service sucks. Food is alright. Had a meeting with my group. I just asked if we could use their conference room. Older lady could have just said no. But had a attitude about it. We didn't mind sitting in the main shop. But she went ahead and opened it up for us and just had a rude attitude while serving us. Very unprofessional customer service and I am pretty sure she is a manger or something here.

Coffee is good, with a nice variety of house brew and specialty drinks. Food is out quick and pricing is on par. Has a laid back homey feel to the place with seating inside and out. Also live music on the weekends.

I've been coming here since I was a little girl with my grandmother and always make a point to go back when I'm in town. My menu favorites are the Spanky's Club, Baked Potato Soup, Chicken Ranch Quesadillas, and any of the Italian Sodas. My family always had their dark roast beans for making coffee at home, too!

I've placed an order at this place about once a week for several months through Favor delivery service and each time there was something wrong with the order. Several times wrong drinks were made, bitter coffee, watery shakes, and then espresso machine was broken for over a month. Not sure how a coffee shop can sustain themselves without such machine, but it was strange that it was broken for that long. I called and asked about the machine and got an extremely rude response. I decided to give the place a benefit of the doubt and give it one last try today and placed the exact same order again...delivery driver contacted me explaining that a woman working the front was extremely rude about the size of the drink and threw a receipt on the counter and started to slam things while making food and drinks. I absolutely hate when someone else who is basically the middle man in this situation as a delivery driver being treated this way; it is no way to treat any customer and especially another service helping them sell and deliver to their customers. I called the shop and sure enough, the same woman was extremely rude on the phone stating that she didn't do any of these things, but considering how rude she was to me on the phone as a customer, I am not surprised.
I love visiting local coffee shops in the new areas we move to, but never once I've encountered such ugly behavior in a small, local business where customer service should be the highest priority.

The atmosphere is quite relaxing. The patio outside is good for dogs and a small group. Their double hot cocoa is yummy and worth the money.
