Best coffee, better than any other coffee place I've been to. I've been going since they first opened.

Higher grounds needs a bigger store with more than 1 Berhesta. They are too busy to get orders right. I order the same thing atleast 3-4 times a week. The order is right most of the time. But if I go when they are busy, it will be wrong. I work hard for y money I want my order right.

Updating my review I’ve been coming here for the past six months and today sealed the deal for me never to go to a different coffee place!
I was ordering my coffee and realized I forgot my wallet at home and they gave me a free coffee God bless them!

Great coffee! I am more of a black coffee/espresso shot person, but my wife enjoys the caramel/vanilla/chocolate drinks. We always enjoy the beverages here, made well and served with a smile. If you haven't tried their chocolate-covered coffee beans, you are missing out!

The coffee drinks were just OK and about standard. The service was kind of slow, so there was a bit of a wait for our order.

This place used to be great. Drinks were consistently good and so was the service. The service has declined greatly. I waited for over 30 mins for 4 drinks that were called in 30 mins prior to even showing up. My order is almost always wrong, the employees seem inconvenienced by having to correct the item they got wrong. If I spend $7 for coffee, I expect it to be worth the price.I don't mind the price as much when my order is right, but to pay that much for a drink that's not enjoyable is frustrating and has made me want to not return to the UC location. However, it is nice to save $70 a month in coffee since I have not been, and probably will not continue to be, a patron as frequently.

You need to open more coffee shops. Would put Starbucks out of Business
