Update: Absolutely absurd the answer that was given to you by your “staff.” My wife ordered the correct drink, but your “new staff” apparently didn’t know that you don’t carry the hot coffee version of the raspberry mocha coffee in the picture I posted. All she heard was “raspberry.” I was standing by my wife when she placed the order, none of your staff was there. The young lady that took the order wasn’t allowed to speak. My wife WAS in fact asked to pay for the new drink by the older gray haired lady. With a red-face my wife walked all the way back to her seat to get her purse to pay. They did ask her if she wanted the incorrectly made drink. But why would she want a frozen drink when it’s 34° outside? The customer is not right in your establishment AND your employment record is horrible. A revolving door! Your response proved that. Following suit to where the rest of the customer service is in the world right now. Your team did NOT tell you the truth.

Original review:
Used to be great! Now....not so much. Ordered a raspberry espresso drink, and they brought out the frozen version. I explained to them that I would have never ordered a frozen drink as it was 34 degrees outside and she said "That's what you said." Refused to correct her mistake and then forced us to pay for the new drink. So much for the "customer is always right." Buyer beware! Order at your own risk. For the record, this is a picture of the drink they made the first dozen times I ordered it. Sad that this once great local gem is backsliding.

We looooove the Celtic cup.. so much so that was drive down from Nashville just to get it. The casserole and quiche are our favorite breakfast items but you can't really go wrong. Coffee is also delicious!

Will be back many times in my future!
Scottish Egg was devine... rest of food also as good can't wait to drink my Barry's in my new cup! Oh don't forget to try the Gelato!

Highly, highly recommend this place. Our breakfast was delicious. The place is quaint and renovated from a single family home, but is a top notch restaurant and coffee establishment. Color scheme is gorgeous inside and out based on the Celtic theme. Loved the dining rooms. It has one down and one upstairs. The outdoor dining 1 under the large Oak shade trees was awesome 👌

I love a maple tree that gives us brilliant fall colors, primarily red or yellow.

I adored this place! First of all it looks to be an old house that has been renovated into a super cute coffee house. Plenty of seating and love the music. I believe I saw something about live music so you’ll have to check that out. I had a scotch egg that was delicious and some other treats that were just as good. The espresso was very strong! Loved everything!!

You feel like you were brought into a different world. What a wonderful café and atmosphere. Great service - the employees were all so sweet and personable. The food and beverages tasted delicious. We will be back!

Service was a little slow and I wish they had some mustard packets for the scotch eggs. The eggs and Gelato were good! Loved the atmosphere and gifts.

This place is a really cool and unique shop. Absolutely loved the store and reminded me of being in Ireland. We came at lunch and were visiting the area and just wanted a quick coffee. Unfortunately our 3 coffees got put in line with all the food orders so we waited 30 min for the coffee. Seems like order management would’ve better with 2 people on food and one on coffee, but I don’t own a restaurant so there ya go. Also would’ve loved to buy a souvenir mug that had their shop name and town, they said they didn’t have that.

They were busy today with an event going on, but even then things were still out in a timely manner. The frappes are really good - I got the caramel mocha and my husband got the nutty Irishman. Our son got the strawberry gelato and his scoop was perfect for a 4 yr old. The breakfast casserole was hot and delicious as well. We also picked up one of the incense burners and a Irish cream chocolate bar.

I was visiting Manchester and the surrounding area from Alaska and decided to do teatime here with my aunt and mother. The three of us thought it was absolutely wonderful, and we will certainly be doing it on future visits. One of the staff members “Z” saw us trying to take selfies, and was kind enough to come over and take a few photos for us. We greatly appreciated that. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
