I am so excited to have been introduced to this coffee shop!
The coffee is amazing. True quality coffee. For decaf, they use a process that is 100% chemical free which is amazing! I had the sausage balls and they were delicious. Looking forward to trying more of their food!
The environment was lovely and peaceful. It feels so warm, inviting and cozy. Like a safe place to rest. Then in the back there’s room for kiddos to run around and play with plenty more seating. It’s currently fall and they have a really cute fall display set up too!
The staff I encountered were extremely kind and accommodating. I live almost an hour from here but I already am looking forward to coming back. Some of the best coffee I’ve found in East TN!

Went to Towns End yesterday after reading about the breakfast burritos on Google maps. This is a gorgeous little coffee shop with the sweetest staff ever. Very helpful and friendly girls. Chelsea and I both got a breakfast burrito that came in a neat little box. Fresh fluffy eggs, excellent sausage, potatoes and very good cheese. The burrito had a crispness to the shell probably from a panini maker. High end ingredients prepared with care. A great start to the morning. I bought a bag of whiskey fire pecans that were out of this world. Huge fresh pecans with that sweet & heat combo we love. Loved them but don't eat a whole bag at one sitting. The cayenne pepper was a touch intense in a large dose. I couldn't stop eating them though. We absolutely loved this place and will be going back as we live nearby. I highly recommend a visit to this eclectic little coffee shop. Townsend now has a lot of coffee places to choose from but this one is at the top of the list.

Townsend is one of my favorite places, and I was excited to see they got a new coffee shop during my 2022 November visit. My coffee was just okay, however I love the atmosphere and my food was great. I’ll give the coffee another try sometime!

Great attention to detail in this adorable coffee /tea/breakfast place! A feeling of warmth and very inviting from the minute you open the door. Coffee and tea are excellent and can't wait to try the breakfast. I couldn't recommend this place any more highly!

We stopped in Towns End on our way home from a hike and fell in love! This is definitely our new favorite coffee shop! The atmosphere was fun and comfortable and the coffee and food was amazing! The staff made you feel right at home! I highly recommend stopping by and getting a delicious coffee and oatmeal crème pie!

Woah woah this is what I have been waiting for. I have been coming to Townsend for 10yrs now since I met my husband who’s originally from here. We now own a piece of Townsend as well.

We love seeing the town grows….in coffee shops. Towns end feels cozy and I do love all the products display. I got lumber ridge with an xtra shot. I was super impressed, went back the 2nd day and got the same + a classic cappuccino + a few food items.

Everything tasted fresh with better ingredients. This will now be the only coffee shop I go to. They know the difference between a cappuccino vs a latte. 😉

I did feel a tad cold in there. I hope they can survive the winter. See you next summer!

What a gem! Stayed in condo just steps away and I wanted to visit twice a day. Amazing coffee menu (try the Lumber Jack latte!) and best avocado toast I’ve ever had. The staff is friendly and offer suggestions when asked! Lots of great merchandise as well. Don’t miss this great shop. You won’t be disappointed.

Wish I could leave ten stars for this lovely coffee shop nestled in the heart of Americana with picturesque views all around. First of all .. the coffee is 1000x's better than any Starbucks -the flavor is robust and delicious-and an added bonus~ many non-dairy options!

We also enjoyed a delicious homemade cinnamon roll that could feed 3 people. Wonderful! My hubby also ordered hot chocolate and it was decadent with fancy steamed milk and topped with whipped cream. The mocha frappe I ordered was so well balanced ~sweet and savory.

Please do not leave Townsend without paying them a visit.. Delicious coffee and the absolute most perfect place to chill and enjoy. And seriously, you can't go wrong ordering anything mocha!

Can't say enough about this place! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is unbeatable and the staff and owners are as friendly as you could ever hope to find. This is a MUST do place whenever you're in Townsend!

We had breakfast and coffee. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. The coffee is the best in Townsend. The food is great with good portions. We stayed and chatted with other guests until it was time to get an iced tea and get on with the day. Lots of cool merchandise and gifts…even fresh flowers! This place is a must-visit if you’re in Townsend, TN!
