If you're in Sparta, NEED to stop here for coffee, sandwich and one of these cinnamon rolls (warmed up of course) So good! We had a Cortado for our coffee. The last time we had one this good was in Mexico in 1999 so we'll definitely make this place a permanent on our list!

One of my Favorite places to get breakfast. The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere surreal. They don't just have coffee, they have amazing different types of teas as well. I would say it is a must to try one of their breakfast sandwiches, wrap, or waffles they all are absolutely amazing!

My first time here. First impression- I absolutely loved the old school vibes, very charming and welcoming. I loved the balcony area where you can either hang out on the couches or just sit and eat with a downstairs view.
Lots of different options for coffee, and anything can be customized. Simple sandwich menu, and breakfast served all day!
They also make their gelato in house.

Absolutely the best latte I’ve had in a while. These people know how to make coffee and they also roast their own which is probably why it taste so fresh.

Much more than a spot to grab coffee. The corned beef hash and eggs were fresh and tasty. The waffle was crispy and fluffy. My chai tea latte beat Starbucks hands down. Coffee was good too.

The Coffee Collective is the cutest coffee shop nestled in Sparta's cozy square. With a gorgeous view of the White County courthouse and a warm welcome from the coffee shop's owner, you are sure to have an enjoyable visit. The delicious coffee and teas paired with creative sandwiches, wraps, and salads are the cherry on top of your experience!

Ran in for a quick pick me up while on the way to another town. The coffee was delicious and hand crafted. The dining space has a friendly laid back vibe and it's in a really cute downtown square area that I wish I had more time to explore. Local restaurants, tea room and retail shops on sidewalk lined streets. Nice area worth more than just a coffee run. But, definitely stop for the coffee or an affagato!

Just heard about this place the other day and thought let's try it. The gelato was great. I just had the chocolate but they had many other flavors. I'm happy there is a place close that serves gelato. Cant wait to go back and try some of the food and drinks.
