Just Love Coffee Cafe - Smyrna

Super cute place, very asthetic! I got a carmal iced latte and it was super good! I also got the chipotle panini and that tasted great! My only negative experience I've had so far here is the drive through. It took what felt like 30 minutes to get through that drive through and they butchered one of the drinks. But I give grace because who knows if that happens on the daily? All the workers there are super sweet!

Csme there with a group from the Smynra Activity Centertiday and it was wonderful ss usual. Everyone enjoyed and said they would return.

The coffee is good and they’re pretty quick. Normally when I come they hand me the whole little machine for payment and you enter tip and sign (kind of unsanitary if you ask me. They need touch less options). This trip however the lady did not give me the tablet thing and put a 20% tip herself. She didn’t tell me about this or tell me about the price change. I hope this isn’t company practice.

We frequent all of the Just Love locations in Rutherford County and looked forward to having one close to home. Unfortunately the service is terrible. We waited an hour for two coffees during a dine in meal, and each time we inquired about our coffees we were told that they were almost ready. Poor communication amongst staff and honestly just rude communication to the patrons. We won’t be supporting this location again.

I ordered the chicken quesadilla. I was a little disappointed that they used chunk rubbery chicken and not real chicken or shredded chicken. My food came out cold but they were happy to reheat it for me.

Just tried for 1st and last time. Ordered the chicken egg beacon n cheese biscuit for $6.00. It had no egg nor cheese and the beacon was soft and white. The chicken was a compressed heap of chicken pieces, I suppose. Bread of biscuit was too soft. I guessthey made it and then microwaved it. Little flavor and what flavor is therf is terrible. Tossing it out. Also tried the Spicy Strawberry drink for $4.00; spicy sweet cold water is all I tasted. Yuck. No strawberry flavor what so ever. Coffee med. roast flavor was fine but they didn't ask if I needed sugar, so I had to add it in my car. Cup was filled to brim, piping hot, spilled as I was adding sugar. No fun. Ordered something for someone else but I dred giving it to them.

Service is very slow, the employees are very distracted. They put the wrong size lid on my coffee twice, once as she handed it to me through the window and she put the wrong sized lid on a second time and hot coffee spilled in my lap and all over the inside of my car. All the girl kept saying is sorry, I am so sorry. This is not acceptable. I am burned and this is just not acceptable.

Great service and location. Like the drive through. Ordered a bacon chicken cheese biscuit and it’s was tasty, although center was not all the way heated (cold). It was all the way cooked through however and I would order again.

This place is ok. The food I got was really good but their basic coffee isn't any better than Dunkin. It fact I couldn't tell a difference. The place seemed too bright and cramped. Our order was handed to us by 3 or 4 different people. Seemed disorganized.

More like a Just Love Express. They took a hatchet to the food menu leaving like 5 items for lunch. Pretty disappointed in their corporate office for making that decision.

Edit: to the owner: it’s not a matter of drive thru vs. sit down menu. It’s a matter of this location compared to other locations. You only need to look at your lunch menu.
