Best plain cream cheese bagel I ever had (and I’m from Chicago so that’s saying something), delicious white chocolate coffee, and the banana muffin was to die for! Drive through was quick & convenient. Highly recommend!

Delicious coffee and a warm cozy atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Don't waste your time. The new manager is not about customer service! She is arrogant and stand offish. I am local and was their first review after the grand opening. They have progressively gone down hill since opening. The food went from great to hit and miss. This is "just a coffee shop" from the new manager. Wait time for anything is way too long. Save you money and time! They won't be around much longer. We won't be back. The new manager will finish the demise.

Always great food and friendly people. Coffee is excellent 👌 Love their customizable breakfast sandwiches.

Better than Starbucks ever dreamed they could be! Had a iced white mocha called snow cream. Was amazing!

Really didn't eat lunch but coffee was delish. Very clean and very nice tables and chairs. I will go back.

Neat drive thru café in Wears Valley! We had grilled chicken club on everything bagels, which the sandwiches were huge and well worth the price. What would make it better is if there was lettuce, onion, mayo, and tomato offered for the sandwich or some combo of them.

They have the best tasting frappe!! My favorite is the strawberry shortcake. Also, their soups are delicious. They have a seating area in the front where you can see the beautiful smoky mountains.

Seriously, such a cute and cozy place. The breakfast sandwiches are HUGE and the employees are so sweet.

Arrived at the drive thru ten minutes before closing time (unbeknownst to us). Waited at the speaker for five minutes before pulling around to the pickup window. Staff inside made eye contact but ignored us for the next few minutes. When they finally came to the window, the gal didn’t say a word, just opened the window and stared at us with an annoyed expression. I asked if if they were closed or something, and she said “well, we close in five minutes” and didn’t say anything else. When I asked if I could still order something she hesitated and said, “Well, I guess you can come in and order inside if you really want to.” With two sleeping littles in the car, we decided to give up and drive away.
