Smoky Mountain Espresso

Great atmosphere! Friendly staff! And exceptional coffee for a very fair price! Compared to big chains, they have double the size drinks, half the price, and much better tasting. Like they don't have to cover up cheap junk with sugar like the big chain places do.

The staff is very friendly and helpful with your order. They are fast and efficient at what they do. Since it was a hot day, I opted for the strawberry banana smoothie and it was delicious. The seating area is comfortable and inviting. A great place to relax and talk with friends while enjoying a delicious hot or cold beverage.

My husband and I stopped here last night and the place is beautiful and clean. My husband ordered a smoothie and it was delicious. I wanted an iced decaf espresso with almond milk drink and the man that waited on me was very patient and friendly. He made my drink exactly as I asked and it was delicious.
Then I threw him a curve ball and asked if I could purchase some decaf coffee. Since all the bagged coffee they sell has caffeine he wasn’t sure but he found out for me, got me my coffee and ground it perfectly. Hat’s off to customer service here. They really go all out to make sure you get the kind of drink you want. All the rest of the staff were also very friendly. Definitely will come back again. This place is way better than Starbucks!!

Love the coffee and location. But do not go if you do not have at least 30 minutes of extra time to wait. Two cars in front of me who had already ordered and I still waited over 20 minutes for two coffees. One of which was wrong but I took anyway! Only issue I’ve ever had is sense of urgency of perhaps more staff is needed for the morning shift

We are coffee fanatics and love to try different coffee shop when we're traveling. This place is the bomb and the staff is amazing. This is our spot right now for coffee while we're on vacation here. The Americano and the toasted almond late are our favorite so far. The muffins are delicious 😋 Very relaxing and chill place to hang out.

Polite & quick service. Frozen drinks were very good. Our friend Chrissy who owns another great restaurant Cheezy Steaks referred us. Plan to return.

What great coffee and a great atmosphere! We came in the Fall and were able to sit by the fire Ana enjoy some time just reading together for our anniversary. Nice contrast with the hustle and bustle that is Pigeon Forge. A exciting find for us!

The service was great all 3 times we went!
Witnessed a barista being verbally accosted by a rather rude customer and handle it like a pro.

Was very shocked to find out that CC tips are not available which is incredibly unfortunate for the staff!
Hope that can get included for them ASAP!
Especially considering the amount of crabby tourists will probably only continue to grow!

Coffee is good, fresh, hot, & strong. The service is fast and friendly. Dining area and rest rooms are very clean.
