We love this little hometown place. Counter dining only. Great conversation. Good basic menu. Breakfast and lunch.

Great little place for a casual lunch delicious food ( I had a slug burger and a cheeseburger) they were delicious and I haven't stopped thinking about the slugburger since the staff was very nice and we had lots of fun there would recommend to anyone 🍔👍👍

Amazing people!!! Took a not so great day and made it so much better. The food was good too.

This is the only place that I will eat a slug burger from it's not too thick it's not greasy it's just good I love it.

Pat's Cafe is one of the best places in Selmer to buy a cereal burger (slug burger) Not only does she serve good food, she does it with a smile and a joke or two or three😊.

Is the home of the slugberger. Go in there and get you a slugburger and a sweet tea like I did and spend less than four bucks you can't beat that.

I absolutely love Pat's Cafe. The people are all wonderful and the service ajd food are amazing!
