Every BR Coffee location I've been in has been great. Always a great and friendly staff. Fast service. Much better then other brands.

I love Black Rifle Coffee for many reasons, and this place is great. The place was clean, the staff friendly and helpful. They are on Teaster Lane out of all the traffic of the main drag. We will definitely be making this our 'go to place' for coffee on all our trips to Pigeon Forge.

Best place in Tennessee to get coffee!!! Highly recommend the ‘Smokey Joe’! They prepare it hot or cold, but hurry it’s only for a limited time ! Don’t worry thought everything I’ve had from there is awesome! Staff is super friendly and very good at their job.

The help here puts their fingers in each cup. This is one unsanitary in this day and age but two when requested they keep their fingers out of our cups they did it anyway. This reflects poor training and an attitude problem. I recommend getting you coffee elsewhere.

Love this place, it's a must multiple times while I am in town, maybe even almost every day while there. The shop is cute and the staff are always very friendly. When I want coffee my favorite is the frozen Salted Caramel with coffee. When I want something without coffee my go to is the frozen Bubble Gum. If you like tea, my friend loves the Iced Jade with Simple Syrup. If you are looking for a bag of coffee to brew at home, I like light roasted and am a huge fan of the Flying Elk blend.

I came here and they asked me my PRONOUNS as soon as I walked in.........and the coffee was very woke...............will not be returning

Stopped by on our way out of town. I wasn't sure what to order. The batista recommended a Hazelnut, cinnamon powder latte based on what I like. It's perfect.

Not a coffee fan so when I went there I had a "melody" and that melody was music to my tastebuds! It was a matcha oat milk and more drink. It was so comforting. Went back the next day and got the larger one. The barista was so nice too. When I left the area I tried to recreate it because it was that good. Wasn't the same. That just says the quality of the stuff there is top notch! If you're in the area go visit.

The AK expresso is the strongest coffee I have ever had. Had to throw 1/2 away cause it made me jittery but flavor was on point.
