Columbine Coffee House

Tried this place this morning instead of Starbucks on my way into Memphis. Was charged $9.33 for a large black cold brew. The cup was mostly ice and tasted watered down. I'll be sticking to my $5.46 cold brew from Starbucks.

might be good but who knows, every time I go they are randomly closed. been 5 times trying to come at all different hours and each time there is note on door saying they’re closed. despite saying they’re open online. what a joke

I’ve been there a total of three times. It would’ve been more but they are always randomly closed. My first experience wasn’t horrible, but I waited twenty minutes for my order, which was a breakfast bagel and coffee, and they weren’t that busy either. Maybe like 3-5 people in there. Second experience, I was smart and called in my order ahead of time, very pleased. I didn’t know if they were open today as I decided last minute to go there, so I didn’t call ahead of time. I went in only for a coffee. I was the only one there waiting to order, with only two other people in there who were sitting down already with their orders. I stood at the counter for 5-10 minutes waiting for someone to just acknowledge me. The girl at the counter never spoke a single word to me, and I knew she knew I was there because we made eye contact. I realized she was busy making drinks, but she could have at least acknowledged that I was there! I would’ve been fine with a, “One moment” or an, “I’ll be right with you.” I’m assuming she was making orders for people who had called in theirs. Eventually all three employees were up at the front and still haven’t uttered a single word to me. NOT ONE WORD WAS SPOKEN TO ME!!!!! I eventually walked out. I could not believe that they wouldn’t even acknowledge someone willing to pay them!!!!! Customer service was a joke, and because of this I will not go back. Before ever trying this place, a co-worker of mine said she had a very similar experience with not being acknowledged and she had walked out too. This made me leery about trying them at all, but now I can understand my co-workers frustration with this place. It’s sad too, because that is about the only coffee place around.

This was our first time here this morning and it did not disappoint! We got the sugar free caramel iced latte with oat milk, the Colorado bagel, and the Aspen bagel. It was busy but, everything was made fresh and worth the wait. It takes longer in the Taco Bell line, just saying😂. We are lucky to have this in Oakland and we will definitely be back!!

Very deliceous and of very goood quality food!!!!!! Tiramisu, avocado toast, coffe pie were amazing!!!! Thank you🌞

The coffee was wonderful, as was the sandwich I had, The Frisco. A little bit of a wait..but well worth it..so good I wanted to order another. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, I will definitely be back

Had coffee and a bagel breakfast sandwich at Columbine Coffee Shop they both were absolutely delicious!! The customer service was exceptional. I had the pleasure of meeting the owners they are so caring. You must go if you haven't been

I just went to this place as I love coffee, and have been waiting for a coffee place near my house! SO happy oakland has this place! It is AMAZING! I had their mocha latte and the Colorado bagel. It was to die for! The house made green Chile cream cheese is absolutely amazing. Would recommend to anyone even non coffee lovers… also have the best looking baked goods!

Love Columbine Coffee! It's a Friday tradition with my job all the way in Collierville. We love the coffee and the breakfast sandwiches are the best! Their quiche biscuits are Devine. You have to come check it out yourself! Be sure to get their rewards card as well :)

Cute spot! Nice vibes, would be a good place to study I think. Has vegan milk options! Kind baristas too.
