Bud's Farmhouse Coffee

I always like to try local coffee shops when I'm traveling, and Buds Farmhouse Coffee was a great experience. The coffee is good, and the ambience is perfect.

My bf and I were in agreement that our experience was lackluster. The food and drinks were just NOT high quality. We had a coffee, chai latte and two breakfast sandwiches to-go. If we had stayed to dine in I would have asked for a refund. My drink was almost cold by time we got home 7 minutes later so I reheated it in the microwave. The coffee my bf got was not as good as what our keurig makes at home. The breakfast sandwich was the biggest disappointment because it didn’t seem like they made any of it. Just ingredients that were bought and assembled. It didn’t even have REAL cheese, it was a Kraft single! The sausage was old and dry and for some reason it had ketchup on it. You should consult with the former owners of Hot Bagel on menu/ food quality because you serious lack in that department. I have no desire to return to be honest. Your competition is too steep to be mediocre. I’m all for supporting a good local business, but not one that doesn’t have their act together.

This review is way overdue! I have to confess that I have an addiction to coffee, so when I first moved to Oak Ridge I was disappointed that we did not have a local coffee shop so I settled for corporate coffee while I searched for a nearby coffee shop. When a friend of mine mentioned Bud’s Farmhouse Coffee, I did not hesitated to visit. Since then I’ve been going periodically, everyone there is super friendly. I recommend this place to anyone, specially their cinnamon rolls 😉

Love this place. Everything I've had has been great. But some batista are better than others.

This coffee house has such an amazing atmosphere. Everyone was welcoming and the sweetest people. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a calm, quiet atmosphere to enjoy breakfast out. Highly recommend the panini and lattes!

Super cute shop! The coffee was so fresh and made perfectly. They have a variety of pastries and sandwiches as well which we enjoyed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hope to visit again when in town!

Yummy sandwiches and great coffee! Friendly staff and calming atmosphere. The coffee is very smooth not bitey. There is a nice pastry selection plus other items. A delightful place for a meal, snack or coffee klatsch.

Finally!! I'm so so bored of the big chain coffee restaurants. Oak Ridge has it's own cute and delicious coffee shop now. Good vibes, great staff, AMAZING coffee! My new favorite way to start the day!

I had a croissant and an iced london fog (not on their menu but they were kind enough to make one) and my boyfriend had a bacon egg and cheese muffin and everything was SO GOOD! The staff is wonderful and the atmosphere is calming. Definitely worth stopping by.

Good breakfast sandwiches and service! Husband enjoyed his coffee as well.
