So the first couple times I went here I was a huge supporter. But the past two times were awful. I went last week, I got a coffee and the coffee in the latte was stale, I went back around to have them replace the drink because it wasn't drinkable and instead of doing what most business would do, replacing their product, they
deducted the espresso and whip cream on the drink ($.50 off a $6 drink) instead. Today I went through, their espresso machine didn't work and so I asked if there would be fresh coffee in the Frappuccinos and they said today they would put fresh coffee in. After ordering two, I got my order and asked if their was coffee in the frappes because there was no taste of coffee in my drink. Their reply was no. We don't out coffee in our frappes. It's cream based!!??? Like really?? I've never heard if a coffee place that doesn't put coffee I'm their frappes. Do better!

This is the best local place for awesome coffee! The Jitterbug hot latte is my personal favorite, and the blackberry white chocolate mocha is a must try! The staff is all very nice! They have different snack options. The banana nut muffin is amazing! Watch their Facebook page for time and menu updates!

Absolutely love love love all the employees at snowbird !! delicious coffees teas & cinnamon rolls you definitely will not be disappointed. Some of my favorites are the iced coconut chai , the alchemist ,& the coconut lavender dirty earl. Keep up the amazing work y’all. You are loved and appreciated here in Newport

Omg! This place is awesome. All the different coffee choices and not one I haven't loved thus far. The workers are just so sweet and perceptive. The Tea is out of this world. Overall, my top choice in newport for coffee. Hands down.

We always try to stop here for coffee when we are traveling through the area. Best coffee here!! You should go!!

I love this place. They make excellent drinks that i haven't even thought of before. And they are super nice. And they get to you as quick as possible. Very awesome and unique little coffee experience. It's a must try.

I love the coffee here! I've had a Jitterbug & also a caramel frappe with Espresso & I LOVED both! The service was fast & friendly 💗 I would recommend anyone to stop by & enjoy a cup of Joe! 💙 I would give a 10 star 🌟 rating if possible!

Fantastic service! Every item we've tried has been very good. Love the mocha frappe with a shot of expresso and definitely the cream horns. Can't wait to try the wraps. A very positive addition to the Newport area!!

This coffee shop has become a local favorite of mine. I honestly can’t resist a daily visit for their coffee, it’s seriously divine. An adorable coffee trolley owned and operated by great people!! Definitely stop by if you enjoy coffee and tea 🌈✨
