I got an iced latte, bagel, and coffee cake delivered. A fly was inside my sealed drink which was nasty, but it tasted good before I noticed the fly. And the coffee cake and bagel was pretty good too. But the fly…yea that was nasty

I have only experienced Sweetwater's at this particular location, so can only speak as such.

While pricing is high -mostly priced like a Starbucks - the overall experience here is far better.

The food and drink options seem to always be available whenever I visit. Especially big for me, a tea drinker, is the extended tea menu, even having a delicious iced Rooibos as a basic offering.

Overall, this location beats Starbucks by having a local coffee shop feel that isn't so corporate and dark. Much of this credit goes to the staff and management. They have never disappointed me in my visits.

Give Sweetwater's a try... You'll probably be back.

I bought a ham and cheese croissant and the croissant was actually burnt on the top a little bit. The Pumpkin Spice Latte tasted watered down and the flavor wasn’t bold. Plus the coffee/food was overpriced. Not a big fan and won’t come here again.

Ordered a dreamy cold brew today from the awesome barista. She was very helpful at answering my questions. This drink was very light and airy, but sweet enough.

I'm actually more impress with the interior design but the coffee is great as well. :) It's nice to sit and study on my laptop.

Great Iced Pumpkin Latte at the Lenox Village location in Nashville... Placed the order online and the Latte was ready when I got there! Thanks to all the Staff... Will do it again... George Allin

Got rude stares as soon i walked the building the server was rude as well she comes off as she hates her job don’t ruin everyone’s day just quit 👍

I can't believe this, their prices are even higher than Starbucks and they mess up your order even after 10 minutes waiting 😒
